List of Pokémon by Pal Park location
This is the list of Pokémon by Pal Park location and score value.
Pal Park is divided into five separate areas. Each species of Pokémon will only appear in one of these areas. With a few exceptions, Pokémon in the same evolutionary line will appear in the same area.
Each species also has a base score value between 30 and 100 points, with rarer and more powerful Pokémon usually having higher score values. At the end of a Catching Show, the Catching Score component will be equal to the scores of all six Pokémon added together. Because there is also a Type Score component, dual-type Pokémon have the potential to be worth an additional 50 points relative to Pokémon that have only one type, even if their catching scores are equal.
Field
The field is directly in front of the entrance to the catching area. 123 Pokémon appear in this area, the most of all areas.
Forest
The forest is a path along the northwest corner of the catching area that leads to the field in the south and mountain in the east. 74 Pokémon appear in this area.
Mountain
The mountain is located in the north of the catching area. 105 Pokémon appear in this area.
Pond
The pond is located in the northeast corner of the catching area. Surf is required to obtain the Pokémon within it. 37 Pokémon appear in this area, the fewest of all areas.

Trivia
- Pokémon introduced in Generation IV have Pal Park locations and score values programmed in, even though they cannot be migrated from Generation III.
- Ten question marks can be migrated to the Pal Park, but the area it will be in is unknown.
- Despite Pal Park locations and habitat locations in the Pokédex in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen sharing common areas (Field and Grassland, Forest, Water’s Edge and Pond, Mountain and Sea), some Pokémon caught in Pal Park appear in different areas than their habitat stated in FireRed and LeafGreen.
