[OSM-talk] Organizing a local community

Hello Mappers,

I wanted to ask for some advice regarding starting and organising a
local community effort for a particular region. In my case, I've been
recently mapping around Malta and the Maltese islands. However, it
appears there's no organized community for the region. Does anyone have
any tips about how to go about setting one up so that all the mappers
can more easily coordinate and share information together?
