[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - leisure=sports_hall

This is a continuation of the discussion titled "How to tag sports 
halls?" two months ago that you can find here:

Meanwhile the tag leisure=sports_hall was used a bit more and I have 
added some of the new examples in the proposal: 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/leisure=sports_hall .

Please comment here or on the discussion page of the proposal. Do you 
think this may have a chance to become approved?
