[HOT] New task manager job on the dev server

Hi
Previously I could just click on a square to lock it. Now I have to select
it and then press lock and then edit.

My suggestion would be to just allow someone to click on the box once to
select and then a second time to lock it. You could keep the lock button
for less experienced users but add a two click for select and lock to
smooth the user experience. Forcing me to add a comment is not great,
comments are not always needed and this is going to encourage people typing
in rubbish or "done" which defeats the purpose.

It would be useful for my "locked" selection to be a different colour to
other people's selection. That would help to easily differentiate where I
have locked a square since I personally tend to get a bit lost and this
becomes more useful as the amount of concurrent editors increase.

Regards
