Altamaha-ha
Altamaha-ha (nomen Anglice Altie per ludibrium datum) est opinabile animal aquaticum, quod rivulos relictasque oryzae sationes prope ostium Fluminis Altamahae (ex quo appellatur) in Georgia meridiorientali habitare dicitur.[1] Animal saepissime videtur circa Darien et alibi in McIntosh Comitatu Georgiae.[2]
Fabula ex traditionibus Indorum Americanorum orta est.[3] Cryptozoologi dicunt aspectus animalis fuisse constantes, in quibus spectatores affirmant animal esse 9 metra longum, sicut pinnipedia natare, potius quam pisces vel anguillae.[1] Affirmant aspectus esse raros ob animalis cutem viridem, qua inter circumiecta vicinias latere potest.[3]
