This routine is for anyone and everyone to loosen up any tight muscles, get the body ready for a workout, and help get you moving properly again. 🔗SPINAL SIDE FLEXION - your spine is supposed to be able to bend and twist smoothly. This is a movement we rarely perform in day to day activities so performing it in a warmup keeps those side core muscles and low back muscles loose. 🔗HIP FLEXORS - STRETCH & STRENGTHEN - people tend to only focus on tight hip flexors but usually they are tight because they were too weak to perform what you wanted so they compensated. So stretch and strengthen, especially if you sit at a chair all day. -Maintaining strong hip flexors help maintains core stability, improved walk/gait, better athletic performance (especially sprinters/runners), and help maintain
