Episode 10 of Healthy snacks : Soya chana dal Tikki: When it comes to healthy snacking specially in middle of the week, this one is my favourite. Easy to make, as I make sure The base is ready a night before ( you can store it for a day or two) and on the day I want to make just add some ingredients ( as mentioned) shape it up and Shallow fry in pan , sometimes i even air fry them. Soft and melt in mouth snack is ready for everyones lunch or snack box So you too, save the video for later and share with moms nd office buddy who might need it

Recipe ⬇️ 2 large tomatoes 2 tbsp Ghee 1 Red onion 2 cardamon pods 1 bay leaf 4 (large) garlic cloves (minced) 2” ginger (grated) 1 tsp Ground coriander 1 tsp garam malasa 1 tsp Red Chili powder 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp curry powder 1/2 tsp Cumin AND 1/4 tsp turmeric Tomato pure (1.5-2 cups tomato liquid) Salt & pepper 1 can chickpeas 1 cup water Garnish & toppings: Heavy cream Cilantro Lemon juice Red onion (slices)

Mushroom masala
✨Mushroom Masala✨ • My go to vegetarian option . Super simple and tastes fabulous. This restaurant style mushroom masala will blow your mind !! • Recipe: • Wash and chop mushrooms and set aside • In a Kadai heat oil and add 1 inch cinnamon sticks, 1-2 cardamom and 1tsp of jeera along with 1/2 cup chopped onion • Sauté well till the onion turns golden brown • Add 1tbsp of ginger garlic green chilli paste • sauté till the raw smell is gone • add Masalas- 11/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and1tsp Corriander powder. • sauté for couple seconds .add 3/4 cup of chopped tomatoes and add salt as per taste • sauté till the tomatoes turn mushy and release oil from sides • Add1/2 cup of cashew or almond paste to form a thick gravy • Add chopped mushrooms and
