A slightly different 'before and after' pic...  These two photos were taken only 15 minutes apart.  The two pics show just how much of a difference a little stretching and a light application of Airbrush Legs by  @Sally_Hansen can make. The photo on the left is what my forward fold looks like without much of a warm-up.  The one on the right is after doing the stretching sequence listed below, and getting a nice summer glow:  1.
