This was honestly one of my best glass bowl meal preps yet! Stop giving up the foods you love if your goal is to lose weight. The secret is creating lower-calorie, higher-protein versions and making them fit within your calorie deficit!

👨‍🍳 Ingredients Per Bowl:

✅ 1 Large Zucchini
✅ 150g Extra Lean Beef Mince
✅ 200g Passata Sauce
✅ 40g Light Mozzarella
✅ 120g Light Ricotta
✅ 1 Large Egg
✅ Mixed Herb Seasoning
✅ Garlic
✅ Salt/Pepper

🥣 Method:

	1.	Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
	2.	Cut zucchini into slices, pat them dry, salt heavily, and let sit between two paper towels for a few minutes. This removes moisture!
