And the breadcrumb topping add a nice little crunch to the juicy buttery shrimp 👌🏾 • TIPS: 1. Use nice sized uncooked shrimp. (I recommend large or jumbo shrimp.) Season the shrimp and set aside while you prepare the scampi sauce and breadcrumb topping. 2. Combine ingredients for scampi sauce and layer half of the sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange shrimp closely together until the baking dish is full. Then pour remaining sauce on top of shrimp. 3. Combine ingredients for bread crumb topping.
