regard to the Application of Biology and Medicine of 4 April 1997 (yet to
be ratified by Poland) and the case law, the publication identifies the
consent for medical treatment within the exact scope of the civil law
institution of the declaration of intent. On the basis of the provisions of
the Polish legal act from December the 5th, 2008 on Prevention and
Control of Infections and Infectious Diseases in People, together with
executive orders, in the light of declared epidemic in Poland, the Author
concludes that the forced vaccination violates human rights, and thus the patient.
