Hello everyone! Peggie Sue of Maxx and Boo here today to share my latest Christmas card with you. I decided to make this a special fold card called a wiper card. This link will take to you Splitcoast Stampers, it's where I found the "how to" for a single wiper card - I just copied the tech and made it a double. Two wipers are always better than one, right?

do a bunch of soft baby colors in polka dots to create the background.

That sweet giraffe is watercolored to keep with the soft colors.

My friend Stacy has twin boys about the same age as my little Deacon. Their room is decorated in Giraffes so when I saw this new image I knew I wanted to make something for her boys. I decided on customized Christmas tree ornaments, I think they turned out really cute!

DT Spotlight - TraceyMo

Today's spotlight is brought to us by Tracey of Mowbray Designs!

This is the cute Gello Giraffe you can get him from the shop here.

I have coloured him with my copics. & glitter pens on the lights. Cut him out & matted on to the spotted paper which has been cut out with a spellbinder die. This is also matted on to red card. The background has been embossed with a dotted mask. The extras on this card are the poinsettias,swirls,gems & the sentiment.

DT Spotlight - Zella

Today's spotlight is brought to us by Zella of Joyful Expressions!

I guess we are into full blown Holiday time now....Here in the USA we have Thanksgiving right around the corner.  I'm not quite sure what my card has to do with Thanksgiving...guess I'm just shocked that Thanksgiving is right around the corner.  LOL!!  Lately I've had babies on my mind.  It seems like many of my friends are going to have babies soon...and then of course there is always the baby cards I make for our local pregnancy center.  Kitty Bee Designs have some amazing images to use for baby cards!!  My card isn't an "in your face" baby card...but it does work for one as well as working for a card for a younger person or just someone who likes animals.  I kept it simple - just an embossed frame that someone graciously sent me and then this cute little giraffe.  Check out the Etsy store for some great images and don't forget our current Aloha Friday Challenge!

DT Spotlight - Leanne

Hello! Hello!

It's the first Monday of the month and I'm back for a cute little upcycle project.  I saved this really cute treat bag from a swap I received and thought it would be fun to create something new with it.  Now I know it's a little rough around the edges, but adding some new elements makes it a totally new and fun project that can be sent on to someone else to enjoy.  Today's image is Giraffe cutie and just like the name this image is a cutie!!  I added some dies, pearls and some pink/white floss to give this bag some new life and in no time I was done.  For a full list of the supplies I used please feel free to pop on over to my blog.

DT Spotlight - Cely

Today's spotlight is brought to us by Cely of Hawaii Paper Party!

Aloha guys! Cely here and its my turn in the spotlight this month! Kitty Bee came out with such adorable new Halloween stamps this month, so I made a card using one of the cuties!  This digi is called Giraffe Ghost.  LOL its just so silly! And I love how he tried covering up his spots with makeup to match his sheet! 

I colored him with Copics and popped him up using Stampin Up dies.  The paper is from The Paper Studio's All Seasons II stack.  Just simply added a sentiment, skinny ribbon, and SU candy dots, and I was done!
