Bún riêu minangka salah sawijining olahan sup tradisional Vietnam sing jelas stok lan bihun pari . Ana macem-macem jinis bún ri riu, kalebu bún ri riu cua (kepiting cincang), bún riuu cá (iwak) lan bún riêu ốc (keong). [1] [2] Panganan iki kondhang ing negara lan ing saindenging jagad.
