Dolphin Bay Hotel

This hotel is a spin-off from the Paradisa theme, perhaps complementary. This is an ongoing, incomplete project, but when finished will include a full range of rooms, two restaurants, mini-waterpark in the front, main lobby, and a couple caves. All of which, will contain lush landscape, waterfalls, and other beachy motifs. There are 64 standard rooms, 4 deluxe suites, and two grand suites. The design is modular and the following images are "pieces" and do not constitute models on their own.

Main View
The coastal Dolphin Bay Resort is a swimmer's dream (with a dolphin theme to keep them company). The lobby's large window is filtered with a 10-floor blue/white glass-blown waterfall. It offers 64 standard rooms, 4 concierge suites, and two grand penthouse suites. More images to come!
Center Interior
The central lobby spans all 10 floors (not modular and only shown like this for ease); the focal point is the glass-blown backing of the large window. The waterfall motif is made up of alternating trans-white single spindles and trans-blue clips. Additional structural support is given via clips to the main window behind it, all of which is secured by the side walls. The lift also acts a central pillar. The 10th floor is club level and blocked off by a keyed door (which is why the top is shown).

Center Lift / Stairwell
Each stairwell consists of a single flight of stairs and a lift, all of which contain a balcony overlooking the waterfall (not shown). The corridors are lined with glass-fish lighting. The lifts are adorned with "Resort" columns, the motif of dolphins swimming the waves, or waterfalls, depending on how you look at it.
Center Oceanfront Window
Given the Dolphin Bay is an oceanfront resort, the back is appropriately open to the lounges on every floor. Like its front side the window's border gives a fish-like motif the entire way up.
Standard Lounge
The floor lounges are modular; this one is the standard lounge occupying the first nine floors. Each consists of a TV (not shown), chairs to relax in, complimentary breakfast bar serving tea, coffee, sweets, and cereals, all the while enjoying the ocean view. The part forming the tops of the chairs are actually the base part of a sink faucet.
Concierge Lounge
The concierge club lounge (10th floor lounge) differs only slightly with a larger bar, with more options, pies, and other complimentary perks.
Oceanfront Corner
Coming to the ends of the building, therein sits ice/refreshments on the back side. After a long day of holidaying, nothing like a bucket of ice, refreshing beverages, and possibly the odd snack can satisfy!
Front Corner
Whether its the occasional lift "out of order" or one just likes exercising, the front sides consists of auxiliary stairwells. The railing extends the center lobby's glass-blown waterfall. The 10th floor finishes with a back door to the Grand Suite.
Standard Suite - Top
While a standard room, the staple at the Dolphin Bay offers top-notch quality. Every room comes with a big TV, coffee maker, complimentary wine, reading lamp, and double beds. The sea motif extends into the rooms, with two fish lights. The bath contains sleek black fixtures. All rooms offer large balconies/chaises overlooking the ocean or the hotel gardens & park.
