Mutton/Beef Korma Recipe Ingredients: • Oil 1 cup • Onion thinly sliced 2 • Mutton / Baffalo meat 1/2 kg • Whole spices (cumin, cloves, green • cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf) • Ginger & garlic 1 tbsp. • Yogurt 1 Cup • Salt 1 tsp • Coriander powder 1 tbsp • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp • Red chili powder 1 & 2 tbsp. • Water as required • Nutmeg + Mace grinded + Cardamom 1 tsp • 8 to 9 cashews paste Method: • In a cooker heat 1 cup oil. Add sliced onion and fry until brown.
