Because once I’m back in nyc, I’ve always struggled getting back into my routine and once I get adjusted, I’m back on a plane. This started an unhealthy vicious cycle so before coming to korea this time, I set intentions and goals that were easier to start ie: walking 3k steps as soon as I wake up versus catching up on 100+ emails.
