Ozark Charcuterie | Mallory Files on Instagram: "A few tips on how to do Brie stamps ⬇️ 1. Size matters!!!!!!!!!! 🫣 @presidentcheese has 2 different Brie rounds. An 8oz round and a 16oz round. For your smaller boards, use the 8oz rounds. For your larger boards and graze tables, use the 16 oz. 2. Don’t be like me and stamp directly on a board. Stamp on the paper that the Brie comes in. It doesn’t stick as bad! 3. You want about half an inch between the edge of the Brie and cookie cutter. Without that room, it will crack. 4. If it does crack… DO NOT PANIC. If you press it back together, it does just fine. 5. You can fill with jams, jelly or honey! My favorites are @jamljams and @mikeshothoney 6. To cut the Brie - make the cut at about where 1/3 is the top and 2/3 is the bottom. You ca Graze Tables, Grazing Tables, Size Matters, Back Together, Charcuterie Board, Brie, My Favorites, Instagram A, Jelly
