Ashly | Easy Recipes on Instagram: "Butter Swim Biscuits This was such an easy way to whip up some homemade biscuits! I don’t bake too often but I was so impressed with how simple this was. Definitely going to be a go to for breakfast sandwiches or when I’m just in the mood for biscuits What you need: 2 1/2 cups Flour 4 teaspoons Baking Powder 4 teaspoons Sugar 2 teaspoons salt 2 cups Buttermilk 1/2 cups of melted butter (1 stick) In a bowl add all your dry ingredientsthen add in the buttermilk. Mix all together and added it to your baking dish that has 1 stick of melted butter. Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy! #easyrecipe #biscuits #breakfast"

The original recipe included sugar (which I removed because I wanted a savoury version) and I put in that you need to brush your biscuits with a beaten egg to get that crispy crust.
