The relationship of prompt ␥␥ coincidences and the selection of ␥ rays coincident with evaporated neutrons and ␣ particles revealed for the first time the decay pattern of the high spin structure of the 93 Pd nucleus. The spherical shell model calculations restricted to the , ͑p 1/2 , g 9/2 ͒ configuration space are in good accordance with the experimentally deduced level scheme of 93 Pd.
