Computers and telecommunication devices use signals to represent data. These signals are transmitted from a device to another in the form of electromagnetic energy. Examples of Electromagnetic energy include power, radio waves, infrared light, visible light, ultraviolet light, and X and gamma rays. All these electromagnetic signals constitute the electromagnetic spectrum. Each portion of the spectrum requires a particular or unique transmission media for the transfer of data such we call as Twisted Pair, Coaxial cable, Optical fibber, Satellite, and Wireless etc.

From a technical standpoint, software is used for a distributed search method across heterogeneous databases using multiple search protocols. It will evaluate the open access over the Indian Repositories.

These changes offer great opportunities for progressive libraries to reach out far beyond the boundaries of their buildings, and to engage with an increasingly literate body of information consumers within the buildings and at remote locations. In this, present remote access techniques (web techniques) play major role and significance on the concept of Library 2.0 (Lib 2.0) This article posits a descriptive formula for "Lib 2.0". It explains the recent thinking of Lib as "Lib 2.0" and especially covers Lib 2.0 services such as Synchronous Messaging, Blogs, Wikis, Tagging, Multimedia Sharing, Social Networks & Book-Marketing, and RSS Feed, which make the radical trust on Lib 2.0 among literate body of information and patrons.

Six samples were collected at different locations in Northern Jaffna peninsula, Sri Lanka for this investigation. Reported studies involve currentvoltage (IV) measurements at room temperature of fresh, moisture-freed (115 0 C at 48 hrs), and annealed (1000 0 C at half an hour) conditions. At the fresh condition moisture dominates and is responsible for much of its transport properties. However, we are reporting that Fe 3+ ions are more responsible for the electrical transport properties in the moisture-freed and annealed conditions. Even though moisture-freed and annealed samples follow linear IV behaviour the quantitative values suggest that the samples are very close to insulators (or semiconductor-insulator boundary). High field magnetization measurements up to 7 T at 1.8 K show all the samples reach the saturation moments around at 2.5 T, where the behaviour is very much similar to ferromagnetic materials.

Recall, the other evaluation criterion of information retrieval, is deliberately omitted from this study because it is impossible to assume how many relevant items there are for a particular query in the huge and ever changing Web system. We found that Alta Vista outperformed Excite and Lycos in both search facilities and retrieval performance although Lycos had the largest coverage of Web resources among the three Web search engines examined.

All these electromagnetic signals constitute the electromagnetic spectrum. Each portion of the spectrum requires a particular or unique transmission media for the transfer of data such we call as Twisted Pair, Coaxial cable, Optical fibber, Satellite, and Wireless etc. In the paper, The Guided (Twisted Pair, Coaxial cable, Optical fiber) and the Unguided Microwaves (Satellite, wifi, wimax, bluetooth) transmission mediums are compared with help of relative plots in terms of their networking capabilities (e.g., speed, damping length, Bandwidth, Cost and Get connection). Optical fibber in the guided media outperforms other medias in better networking performance but optical fibber cable connection is sensitive than twisted Pair and Coaxial cable connections and require higher cost that the same. Twisted pair outperforms coaxial cable. Here it is also notable that coaxial cable can be connected easily without order, but twisted pair not like that. Among Unguided; wimax outperforms other medias in better networking performance in long range even though wi-fi is a substitute for providing a greater power of access than wimax in short range. Here all unguided mediums are better for ease of access than guided.
