It narrates the story of Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy and how they evolve into the kind of persons whom each other would want to fall in love with and would eventually want to marry. While narrating several hurdles that they have to face and overcome in order to secure their ‘happily ever after’, Austen brilliantly entails themes such as ‘class’, ‘gender’, ‘marriage’, ‘wealth’, etc., that walk side by side with the main plot of the story into her novel.
