A teen debit card can teach teenagers important lessons in fiscal responsibility in addition to providing ease for making routine transactions and simple access to cash at ATMs. Through a few sources online, the majority of teenagers said they wanted to take the required steps to become financially independent when they reached adulthood. The ability to manage an allowance, establish savings benchmarks, assess "needs" vs. "wants," and establish long-term financial objectives can all be improved with the use of a debit card. However, students use electronic money and debit card services less frequently while performing transactions, therefore the issue is how e-money and emoney are used. The debit card is used to pay for student consumption costs. This system of payment transactions utilizing electronic cash and debit cards will have an impact on a person's consumption or spending habits. The purpose of this study is to examine how using debit cards and electronic money affects consumer expenditures and how to introduce debit cards to teenagers and teach them to be responsible for money on their terms.

It is equally important for physical well being as well. However, mental health problems are not being reported and are left untreated for the fear of being discriminated against. Depression, anxiety, substance abuse, panic attacks and a lot of other disorders are becoming very common, yet the fear of being judged and the shame that is often associated with discussing psychiatric problems prevents people from talking about it and seeking help for the same. Proper guidance, support and resources are necessary to understand and overcome the mental problems that one is experiencing. Counseling and therapy for mental health problems should be normalized by society rather than looking at it as an abnormality. If left unattended, it will not only impact the person but everyone surrounding and associated with him. There are estimates that tell that 1 in every 5 experience some sort of a mental health condition. One of the major reasons for people not being able to open up about them is the stigma associated with it. Therefore, it is necessary that we understand the importance of mental health and make mental health awareness a priority. This paper is an attempt to make people understand and aware of the importance of mental health. Mental Health Matters!

This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of hygiene regimens in haircutting salons and determine if they are sufficient in reducing the risk of infectious diseases. A survey was conducted among 100 haircutting salons in a large urban area, covering topics such as hand hygiene, disinfection of tools, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and masks. Swab samples were taken from the surfaces of tools and equipment used in the salons to assess the presence of bacterial contamination. The findings of this study highlight the need for standardized hygiene regimens in haircutting salons to reduce the risk of infectious diseases.

As a result of which companies are going for green production of goods. In contrary to the green claims made by these companies there is a lack of transparency in the methods that they have adopted as a step to attain sustainability. In fact some companies use exaggeration and lies to claim sustainable production of goods as a marketing effort to attract customers who care about sustainability. This increases uncertainty and perceived risk in customers. Consumers lose trust in business that are actually into ethically producing their products. It also tarnishes the brand image of the company involved in greenwashing. Altogether consumers loose trust in the concept of sustainability.

Contrary to this, the constitution of the Gambella peoples' national and regional state in Ethiopia could not entail such concepts. This severely affected the people's involvement and bargaining power in government initiatives and major activities. Therefore, the ultimate objective of this study is to explore and describe the contest between indigenous and non-indigenous peoples' participation in administrative decision-making in the Gambella region of Ethiopia by employing a qualitative and quantitative mixed approach. Our proof finding shows that an experience of exclusion in participation leads to a strained relationship between indigenous and non-indigenous communities in contesting power and resource.
