Was the resolution a challenge?
Yes, it was! The hardest part was to get the text/font working. But I was able to figure it out.
What did you learn?
A lot about visual novels and that they take more time than you would think to develop!

Ahhh, very cute! The art and writing is really endearing. Managed to have a playdate with Codie on my first game, then accidentally stumbled across a reproduceable bug that locked the game up on my second go.
1. Go to rooftop, tell Codie I like cute dogs.
2. Rooftop again, tell Luna I didn't have a good day, and make her mad by suggesting cake.
3. Rooftop again, Luna has shot up to 2.5 hearts and I can't proceed.
Oh my gosh I love it!! It's really neat to see a VN done at 64x64, the artwork is lovely and the dogs are adorable. I actually grew up with a corgi named Luna who died a few years ago? So that was a little weird :P
Aww, what a coincidence :D Thanks for the kind words <3
This is just like those Hallmark movies! No matter where I go or what I'm doing, I keep running into the dog.
First I was in the city, then we just bumped into each other. Then I went to the park, and can you guess who was there? I thought I might run an errand near the ocean for the bakery I run that has been in my family for three generations but is in danger of being purchased by a big greedy faceless corporation, and that dog was there too!
Oh, I just don't know what to do. We're going to lose the bakery, and if only there were someone who loves cookies so much that they would be willing invest all of their hard earned money into paying our late mortgage.
I dunno. I guess I'll just keep wandering the city worrying about the future of my family owned local business.
I really wish there was some music. It's a bit harder to get immersed in a visual novel style game without music. Also, I encountered a bug where the dialogue wouldn't move forward.
it was nice. not as good as I hoped
I love relationship building games/dating sims with branching dialogue choices, AND dogs. Super cute game with really stellar graphics. Looking forward to where this is going.
Super cute art! Good start!
I love the graphics, it's interesting to see a sim date in this small resolution.
I found an error, after the first day Luna was on the beach but codie's las text was on screen and the game stucked right there.
Cute entry!
So cuuuuute! Nicely done!
