Everyone knows it, everyone likes it, but doesn't it make us come back to such games? :) cool and fun game that can keep the player to the very end - I had a lot of fun.
simple and effective. its like that airplane throwing game, I can imagine this with a variety of scenarioes and perhaps more things to influence the strength of the throw in the scenario, like bigger crazier ramps that could either stop the dice all together or just throw it in crazy distances
For a jam game, the presentation, concept, and gameplay were all excellent. Amazing work!
Great music and art, funny humor, a cool shop and fun gameplay! :D
Couldn't resist playing until I bought everything, I especially like the cheeky powerup descriptions and jokes xD
great!
Fun game. Never thought I'd see a game in the "penguins can fly" genre this jam. I do wonder if this would have been better without dice. Or at least, without the rolling of the dice, the table-top theme and the types of upgrades were great.
Thank you! Simple and fun! It took me a while to figure out that the thing under the dice in the shop was a button. Sometimes I feel I should have hit the dice guys, but I didn't. Would be interesting to see a stronger magnet, but limited to 1s use per jump or something, so you can do more strong but short magnet movements.
I really enjoyed this, good job!
Some great and unique ideas here! One suggestion I'd add is having a click button to drop the dice instead of pressing space, as the rest of the game is mouse-controlled.
Really fun game! I loved playing learn to fly in the past so this was a blast to play. One thing though is that it seems like the magnet only affected one of my dice. Maybe something to add on could be it affecting the one closest so that people can juggle multiple in the air at the same time. Also if you continue it post jam some obstacles or boosts in the air would be amazing to add variation in where people aim instead of just doing the optimal placement of their magnet in the top right
These are really good ideas!! Especially the dice juggling. I definitely wanted to add more enemy/obstacle types but unfortunately I hella overscoped the upgrades and couldn't budget enough time. Nonetheless, I'm glad you enjoyed it, and yeah Learn to Fly was a huge inspiration!!
Great game, but i didn't reach the score goal. Recommended.
520 FT! BEAT THAT! Played at https://twitch.tv/hedgein <3
The sky looked really beautiful, the rest of the art was cute.
Overall a good game to just chill out and relax to.
I can definitely see this being popular on mobile phones.
Not really much to criticize here, just a fun enjoyable experience.
I lost quite a bit of time playing this... Wonderfully done!
I really liked the music, usually this kind of games are all about getting further, but the point system made an interesting tweak.
Also, would you mind checking my game out if you have time?
Super fun! It took me a few goes to get the hang of it, but once I was bouncing off of the enemies and going flying into the sky it was a very cool feeling!
Great work! Had a lot of fun playing it!
A unique use of the jam theme, very clever
I loved your game! One of the few I played until the end. I got all the upgrades. I loved that the phase is getting dark, the art is very good, the music is also very cool. you did a beautiful job, I really enjoyed the experience, congratulations.
I think the art is beautiful and the upgrades all make sense and are generally good. It kept me playing for a while. Only thing I would say is sometimes when you hit an enemy and an extra die spawns it spawns on top of you killing your momentum. Otherwise great polish and gameplay!
I'm glad you enjoyed the game :)) Yes, the crit dice were supposed to have momentum to correct that, but for some reason it didn't work out :[[ Thank you for your feedback!!
Amazing! I played so many to times to get all skills and full ability!
I love the wobbly pixel art style! The upgrade system is pretty nice and everything is well implemented, but I don't really understand what the score is for.
This is a really fun game! Reminds me of those old flash games. Great work!
