"Infection at Outpost 82" is a turn-based RPG, where your party members can secretly be "infected" and turn on you. You must carefully decide who to trust and who to give the best equipment, lest they turn on you.
The game is heavily inspired by John Carpenters "The Thing". Similarly to that movie, the concept of characters secretly being evil was very interesting to me. You have to choose who to trust and who might have a secret.Small Palette

i have not completed the game yet but loved the style. Took some time to figure out the working of E. Sometimes we need to keep the direction key pressed while pressing e to make it work. But it was an immersive experience and kept me hooked. Great work. Saved it to my collection to try to finish it again later.
Cool atmosphere. I was able to escape without any of my 3 members turning infected. Movement being a bit smoother and a clearer indications in the fight scene would help improve quality of life. Nice little homage!
I like it and I love reference to The Thing. Atmosphere and art is great!
Just only thing for MS Edge game windows is too small. I had issue with reading dialogs and most of text. So I tried Firefox and it is working good.
Great atmosphere! I would like to move faster, too.
nice game (wasnt able to get past the dogs after collecting the key). love its simplicity. would be nice to walk faster xd
Very atmospheric and moody game, love the art direction here. Great job!
If I was to change one thing about this, it would be to up the movement speed significantly because it takes a while to get around, but that does also lend itself to the retro-feel of this one.
I started playing it and immediately saw the reference to The Thing and then I saw your description. It's a simple implementation of this concept, good job :)
