Next here y'all, I have a package of these little smokies or as I like to call em, mini hot dogs. I know y'all said they ain't mini hot dogs but to me they kind of taste the same. So, what's the difference? Someone tell me because I don't know. Alright, y'all. So, next here, we have one can of cheddar cheese soup. I'm just going to dump this right on top of our hash browns and our mini hot dogs. Alright, y'all. And then I have here some whole milk we're going to put fill this can about oh almost to the top with milk and then we're going to give it a little a little shimmy and then pour it right on top alright y'all so this recipe I got from my good friends Kyle and Misty Knot I'm sure most of y'all know who they are but I saw this recipe on their page and you know what I called them up and said do you all mind if I try your recipe so I did so here we go I think in theirs they use cream of chicken soup and I'm using cheddar cheese soup but they want my so we just going to try it they also made theirs in a crock pot I'm doing mine in the oven so I have about a half of a small white onion I'm going to put in my little chopper thing I love this thing do you all have one of these let me see if I can close it alright Y'all it's stuck. Fred, what happened? Fred, okay y'all. Let's see if I can get it unstuck. There we go. Maybe I'll put too much in. Is that the problem, Fred? Fred said yes. Okay y'all. See I don't think Kyle and Misty have technical difficulties like me. This is like the story of my life y'all. So guess what? Uh we got we going to fix it. Alright y'all well I ended up cutting my finger. And that wasn't very smart. So we going to we going to improvise. We're not using that onion but I have some onion powder right here. So we're going to use onion powder. So and my friend Kyle and Misty they used onion but I made a mistake so that it's not happening here. We also using a little bit of garlic powder. And we also put in some parsley in, alright? Oop, that was a good amount of parsley. Alright and now y'all, I'm all distracted. So, I had to go in my fridge. Now, we're going to put in here a little bit of cheese, alright? So, I have some Colby Jack cheese. I'm just going to do a little bit like so, alright? And there's a fly. Go away fly. Little bit of pepper. Pepper, pepper, pepper, pepper, pepper. So, lesson today y'all. If something gets stuck in something sharp, don't try and get it out with your hands because then you can cut yourself, alright? But guess what? Life happens so we just going to go with it. Alright, y'all. So, we're going to give this a nice little mixy mixy. Again, we have our potatoes, our little smokies, our cheese, our cheddar cheese soup. We use a little bit of milk. Get out of here fly. Oh my goodness. Y'all Oh Mixy mixy. So we can give this a good mix. Incorporate all the ingredients. We got one more little step y'all but I'm so excited to try this Kyle and Misty. Y'all are the best. And again y'all they made theirs in their Crock Pot but I'm just doing mine in a bacon dish and we're going to cook it in the oven. Alright. So I think that's go away. Let's just get those a little bit. Alright. So once it's nice and mixed I'm going to just like flatten it out a little bit. Mostly just because I like playing with my food. Alright just like that. And then On top, we're going to do a nice layer of extra sharp cheddar cheese, alright? Right on top like so. Now, I'm using my left hand so it's a little, I'm a little off because I got that cut on my right hand y'all. Oh my goodness. Uh I thought I was going to be able to finish it. Alright, we're just going to put the rest. Never such thing as too much cheese y'all. Cheese is makes everything better. Alright, last. I like a little bit of green onions. We're going to put this in the oven at 350 for about 40 minutes y'all. Alright, y'all. Here it is. We have our little hash brown, little smokey mini hot dog casserole. Remember, I got this rest recipe from from my friends Kyle and Misty Knot. Um they made theirs in the crock pot but my I made mine in the oven so let's try it. Alright and y'all I cut my finger so you know don't be like me. If something gets stuck in something sharp just leave it. Don't try and pick it out. Alright y'all oops. Well that's already falling off my spoon so we're just going to spoon that on in here. But this looks so good. So creamy and cheesy. I love these little hot dogs. I know y'all say they're not hot dogs but to me they taste like hot dogs. They they almost the same. Alright so let's cut one of these little baby hot dogs in half. Give me some this potatoes. Lots of cheese. Mmm mmm mmm. Alright, y'all. This is going to be so hot because I didn't let it cool off that long. I know I got kind of thrown thrown off after I cut my fingers so I'm just going to try it. Oh, it's real hot. I'm going to blow on for a second. I might cut this part out y'all because it's so hot. Alright y'all I'm going to do it. Here we go. Oh my goodness y'all. Kyle I miss you. Girl. And Kyle. Kyle. You ain't no girl. I know. This is so good. Y'all this is a winner. Y'all should try their recipe. I think it's so good. They made it in the crock pot. I made it in the oven. Y'all should try it. So good.
