Rutherfordton, NC Nancy Kubale spent 25 years as a figurative ceramicist, living 50 miles southeast of Asheville, in the foothills of Rutherford County, NC. She earned her BFA in Mixed Media from Minneapolis College of Art and Design. In addition she studied ceramics at Penland School of Crafts and sculpture at Florence Academy of Art. She lives with her husband, who has retired from performing arts management, and her studio mate Bo, a blonde hound dog mix. Her current life and work…
