With the development of social networks (in particular, Instagram) in Iran, various pages aimed at marketing and revenue in the field of women's needs (make up and accessories, childcare, sports and fitness, etc.). Considering the creative marketing methods in social networks, the creative industries sector has made it possible for women to participate in content marketing without limitations of the Iranian society. The purpose of this research is to identify the features of female-related content marketing system on social media, particularly Instagram. <br /> <br /><strong>Methodology</strong> <br />This research uses a qualitative approach and theme analysis. Based on non-incidental sampling, in this research, 30 samples of audio and video files have been selected from three successful pages in marketing on Instagram. Survey was used as the research methodology and in order to gather information, thinking style questionnaire InQ (Harrison & Bramson, 2002) and a researcher-made questionnaire of using social networks was used; which its validity and reliability were tested. The population was the students of University of Isfahan (over 9000) and the sample size was 250. The sampling method was random. Findings of the study showed that most of the sample was a regular user of internet social networks. In the model, audience attitude toward the content of religious medium (IRIB) is defined as internal variable and the aspects of audience religiosity, his religious knowledge, and type of religiosity as external variables. Each of the variables formulated in research model has theoretical bases. Research method is survey. Data was collected using a handmade questionnaire which was reliable and valid based on test. The statistical population of the study consisted of Isfahan people (n=300). They were randomly sampled. In this study, the effect of aspects of audience religiosity, type of his religiosity and religious knowledge on his attitude toward the content of religious medium is examined in terms of several hypotheses. The analytical model of the study is designed using AMOS. Model fit indices show that Chi square index indicates numerical value of 3.28. Based on what Schumacher and Lomax (2009) suggest as acceptable (i.e. if it is between 1 and 5), it is a good value. In addition to the above index, other indices are also computed for respective model. One of them is Root Mean Square Error of Estimation (RMSEA). It is obtained 0.078 (i.e. <0.08).

Despite its importance, there have been no effort for shaping the media policy, and most publications just consist of explanation of governments' performance in media field. In the present study, attempts were to achieve the desired model for policy in the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) [1] by explanation the necessity and challenges in front of this media. In pragmatic paradigm, scientific institutes should be able to respond stakeholders' needs and requirements. This study aims to mapping brand associations network of IranDoc from the stakeholders' viewpoint. In order to mapping IranDoc brand associations network, brand concept map method was used. Brand concept map as a qualitative method has three stages of elicitation, mapping and aggregation. The statistical population of the research is the stakeholders of IranDoc Research Institute. The sampling method in elicitation and mapping stages are purposeful and sample size in both stages includes seventy people. IranDoc brand associations network has eighteen core associations. The core positive associations include prevention of plagiarism, search for scientific document, scientific sources, thesis, access to information, Ganj, electronic resources, scientific communication, research ethics, scientific accuracy, systems, science promotion, universities, information management, science policy, and the core negative associations include bureaucracy, multiple systems, and poorly designed sites. Considering the importance of small firms in media industry, deeper knowledge of their strategic ... more Considering the importance of small firms in media industry, deeper knowledge of their strategic decisions and actions in turbulent markets is necessary towards understanding entrepreneurial management and competitiveness in these technological markets. This study explores the performance of a selected group of small Iranian media firms to understand their competitive strategies in a fluctuant and changeable media market. Nineteen managers from small firms in the publishing, software, video games, telecommunication and advertisement sectors of the media industry were interviewed. Collected data was analyzed using content analysis based on three types coding, namely open, selective and axial coding. The findings revealed four groups of salient concerns within the selected group of interviewees. These concerns involved (1) Production: extracted based on themes focusing on niche markets, the reproduction of the successful products, the entertainment function, the personalization and new product risk taking avoidance (2) The market structure: extracted from theme relating to the concentration on competitive markets, the avoidance of monopoly markets, technology utilization to make the market further competitive and customer loyalty (3) Financial resources: Extracted from themes relating to the risk-taking investors, the concentration on advertisement revenues and costs leadership (4) Regulations: Extracted from themes relating to avoiding risky markets with high capital, watching big markets and its interaction with regulations and joining the small markets with established regulations.
Knowledge hiding is one of the major obstacles in the progression of organizations that hinder th... more Knowledge hiding is one of the major obstacles in the progression of organizations that hinder the use of tacit knowledge of employees. The negative impact of this behavior is more significant in enterprises and small firms, because they are more reliant on knowledge of their employees. For this reason, factors that influence on tendency of employees to expose and use their knowledge would be appreciated by managers of organizations. With the aid of a conceptual framework in a qualitative study, this paper investigates the effect of media richness on knowledge hiding. Thematic analysis is used to analyze transcribed interview data from employees in a software company in Iran. Findings of the analysis show that media richness significantly impacts on organizational learning and influences on knowledge hiding behavior in employees. This article suggests that entrepreneurs and managers of small firms should provide employees' access to rich media content.

This study explores the performance of a selected group of small Iranian media firms to understand their competitive strategies in a fluctuant and changeable media market. Nineteen managers from small firms in the publishing, software, video games, telecommunication and advertisement sectors of the media industry were interviewed. Collected data was analyzed using content analysis based on three types coding, namely open, selective and axial coding. The findings revealed four groups of salient concerns within the selected group of interviewees. These concerns involved (1) Production: extracted based on themes focusing on niche markets, the reproduction of the successful products, the entertainment function, the personalization and new product risk taking avoidance (2) The market structure: extracted from theme relating to the concentration on competitive markets, the avoidance of monopoly markets, technology utilization to make the market further competitive and customer loyalty (3) Financial resources: Extracted from themes relating to the risk-taking investors, the concentration on advertisement revenues and costs leadership (4) Regulations: Extracted from themes relating to avoiding risky markets with high capital, watching big markets and its interaction with regulations and joining the small markets with established regulations.

The negative impact of this behavior is more significant in enterprises and small firms, because they are more reliant on knowledge of their employees. For this reason, factors that influence on tendency of employees to expose and use their knowledge would be appreciated by managers of organizations. With the aid of a conceptual framework in a qualitative study, this paper investigates the effect of media richness on knowledge hiding. Thematic analysis is used to analyze transcribed interview data from employees in a software company in Iran. Findings of the analysis show that media richness significantly impacts on organizational learning and influences on knowledge hiding behavior in employees. This article suggests that entrepreneurs and managers of small firms should provide employees' access to rich media content.
