In order to cope with global warming concerns the green practices are introduced around the globe that is associated with waste reduction, resource conservation and healthy living are considered to be important. Researchers reported that the principles of green marketing and environmental consumer behavior have not been explored in a collaborative way. Purpose of the study: The current study was conducted to find out the relationship amongst the Et... more Purpose of the study: The current study was conducted to find out the relationship amongst the Ethical leadership and job outcome’s (job satisfaction and job performance), and to have in-depth into how the relationship between ethical leadership and the job outcomes is mediated by the psychological empowerment. Methodology: The study has been conducted in the public sector hospitals of district Peshawar. Data was collected from 267 nurses working in public sector hospitals. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire, and convenience sampling was used as a sampling technique. In order to test the hypothesis, the regression-mediation analyses were considered. Main Findings: The result revealed that ethical leadership has a positive impact on job satisfaction and the job performance. Data was collected from 200 HR personnel of different retail organizations using a 5-point Likert survey questionnaire. The data analysis was done by using 22nd version of SPSS and regression analysis was carried out. It was found in the study that HR has an important role to play in training of employees. Both short and long term training programs effectively contribute to the achievement of organizational performance in the retail sector. Moreover, it was found that the short term training programs are more effective in comparison to long term training programs to improve organizational performance. The study provides insight into the role that is played by HR in training of employees.The findings of this study can be used by HR professionals to design effective training programs.

We are to explore new ways to deal with these challenges. This study investigates the relationship between emotional intelligence and students’ academic performance. Nationality and gender are considered as factors for measuring the difference of emotional intelligence. For this study, a convenient sample of 293 students of management sciences was drawn from different universities of Pakistan and Afghanistan. Pearson correlation and t-test were used to analyze the gathered data. The results could not link emotional intelligence with academic performance of students, while a positive relationship was found between emotional intelligence and age of the students. Moreover, the research could not find any difference of emotional intelligence across nationality and gender of the students.
