It performs all computational tasks over Internet by using virtualization techniques and remains isolated from intricate vast hardware and software infrastructures. The aim of this paper is to glance through the background and evolutions of cloud computing, its architecture and services to develop cumulative knowledge for future research extension and evaluation.

The study entailed an identification of GIS features, which support the planning of transport services. These features were studied in line with the current challenges faced by TfL, and were practically recommended as a means of tackling the problems. As a means of recognising bottlenecks, likely to be encountered in the future, an integration of GIS into travel demand analysis should be done (Alterkawi in GBER J 1(2):38−46 [2]). Both qualitative and quantitative methodologies are used as a means of collecting data useful to the research area. It was found that TfL is already in use of GIS, but to a minimal extent, the organisation is open to recommendations in this regard.

Many on-site banking services are now delivered through technology-based service delivery channels such as Self-Service Kiosks and Automat- ed Teller Machines. The quality of services offered by retail banks plays a key role in enhancing their market competitive positions. This paper proposes a hybrid approach for measuring qualities of traditional and automated on-site retail banking services. The authors carried out a comprehensive chronological review of literature, 36 papers, in service quality and service excellence, marketing and related topics. The review found a lack of distinctive frameworks for measuring on-site banking services delivered through traditional and automated channels. The authors evaluated—and diligently revised—the existing main models for measuring the quality of services in the...

This paper would take a closer look into the challenges of using big data in the filed of digital forensics investigation, the study further suggests alternative ways to process large amounts of data effectively with the use of open source techniques and tools.

Customer preferences of traditional versus digital banking need to be studied in order to provide better banking experience for the customers. There are various effects of digital banking, which have been identified and discussed by reviewing literature sources. In order to collect the data, customers of Lloyds bank plc, United Kingdom were selected. Two scales are developed to measure the effects such as usefulness, accessibility, easiness to use, efficiency, availability, cost effectiveness, security, responsiveness and credibility of digital banking and traditional banking. Through the study, it was found out that security of the digital banking is the key aspect that customers prefer in the traditional banking over digital banking. Hence, recommendations are made to Lloyds bank to maintain higher level of security in the digital banking to enhancethe customer satisfaction.

Research Design: In this study, the researcher adopted quantitative research design, and all the data were collected through survey questionnaires using five-point Liker scale, and a sample of 300 consumers were selected in Pakistan. The collected data analysed by the researcher through Frequency analysis and Correlation analysis. In addition to this, as the researcher employed the instrument of questionnaire, thereby, to check the reliability of the instrument, the reliably testing was done, and the instrument was found to be reliable. Findings: It was found in the study that there was strong relationship between the influencer marketing and promotion of financial products. The study has found that customer reach, customer preference and engagement, shareable content and promotional tools are the factors through which banks are practising influencer marketing. Besides, it was further analysed that on the promotion of financial products in Pakistani banking sector. Limitations: The main limitation of the study is that this study specifically focused on the banking sector of Pakistan, which means the findings of the study is limited to the banking sector of Pakistan only. Besides, there had been limited knowledge possessed by respondents despite the awareness of the topic as they were all consumers, and not bank managers or experts, so future studies can be conducted among bank managers or field experts.

Quality can be perceived by two major dimensions namely through process quality and through people quality. Since people drive the process, the quality of software development process is controlled by the quality level of the people. Consequently, it is vital to carry the software development activities with team possessing good skills set. Personnel attributes provide the largest scope for improving software development and enhancing the quality. A fundamental issue is however to assess human performance. An in-depth analysis using data mining techniques is carried out in several software industries and the results thus obtained enable one to gain an insight about the quality of personnel information. These approach further aids to identify the most capable project personnel who can drive the quality of the software being developed.

Materials and Methods: Biopsy records of all oral lesions from the archives of the Department of Oral Pathology and Microbiology, Government Dental College, Thiruvananthapuram, from the year 2006 to 2015 were retrospectively analysed. Descriptive statistical analysis was performed using the computer software, Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Results: A total of 4013 cases were reviewed. Out of these 2058 (51.3%) were males and 1955(48.7%) were females. Regarding the diagnostic categories, the largest numbers of cases were from tumour and tumour like lesions followed by inflammatory and cystic category. Mucocele was the most common inflammatory lesion followed by irritation fibroma. Among cystic lesions periapical cyst was the most common followed by dentigerous cyst. Conclusions: The pre...

Though the scope creep is known to be one of the factors which influence project success, existing project management strategies do not effectively measure or predict the scope creep. This paper focuses on effective scope creep management which is achievable through a comprehensive analysis of the scope creep and its impact on project success. The paper further presents a case study conducted in one of the leading software companies to investigate the significance and impact of scope creep in the project success. An investigation was carried out on several empirical projects and a three-dimensional visualisation of scope creep on success of project was brought out. This trio visualisation comprises of historical data perspective which leads to visualise the inferences in a pictorial representation perspective. Facts, thus, gained from historical and pictorial data perspectives lead one towards visualisation of scope creep and its management using a mathematical modelling perspective. This mode of visualising the scope creep and its implications on project success ensures one to effectively modulate their strategies in order to develop software products which attain total customer satisfaction.

On the premise of prominent literature, the study conceptualized a framework to test if supervisor support and employee`s proactive work behavior could help address the work-life balance issue. Through applying the quantitative approach, the study collected data from employees working in a higher education institution in the UK. Results of the structural equation modeling found significant association and influence of supervisor support and work-life balance. The study also found a strong affiliation between proactive work behavior and work-life balance. However, proactive work behavior did not moderate supervisor support and work-life balance relationship. The study concluded that both supervisor support and proactive work behavior could be vital in helping employees to achieve their work goals effectively and efficiently without...
