This research investigates the application of effective agricultural systems focused at shortterm harvests in order to increase production rates and optimize supply chain efficiency. This study's focus on innovative farming techniques, technology adoption, and supply chain management improvements desires to assist policymakers, agricultural practitioners, and stakeholders with practical knowledge. This study focuses on multiple cultivation using the ground and the spaces accessible above it; therefore, the cost will remain constant or as low as possible. Cultivators will use minimal effort to bring out maximum harvest where they will use less labour as the ground is the same. This study will discuss on efficient cultivation strategies, Short term harvests and production rates, Optimizing supply chain efficiency, Innovative farming techniques and technology adoption, Supply chain management improvements and actionable insights for sustainable agricultural development. Through an emphasis on innovative farming methodologies, technological integration, and enhancements in supply chain management, this study endeavours to furnish actionable insights crucial for policymakers, agricultural practitioners, and stakeholders invested in the agricultural sector. The study emphasizes the vital role of customized changes in agricultural methods in addressing hurdles and maximizing on potential for sustainable agricultural growth. (Kouvelis et al., 2006) According to the findings of this study, the majority of cultivators work on the ground surface. They are spending money on fertilizer, water, and insecticides. One farmer can grow cauliflower, which will occupy the ground's surface. Malabar spinach will occupy the air area starting two feet above the ground. Again, a loft can be built five to six feet above ground to grow several sorts of beans. Other short-term crops such as chilies, spinach, lettuce, and radish can be grown in the gaps between the cultivation bays. In sum, all four layers of crops will need the same quantity of fertilizer, insecticides, and water. Thus, the cost will be almost the same, but the outcome will be four times higher.

This study investigates the application of modern technologies to improve several areas of warehouse management systems (WMS), such as loading and unloading, conditioning, packing, marking, and provisioning. This study explains the challenges faced by traditional warehouse management procedures and the potential given by adaptive technological improvements using a detailed analysis of existing literature. Key technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation are reviewed in the context of their use to improved warehouse operations. Furthermore, the paper emphasizes the advantages of integrating these technologies, such as increased efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, while also discussing potential barriers and concerns for successful implementation. Warehouses can satisfy the changing needs of contemporary supply chain systems and improve productivity by using adaptive technological solutions.

Transportation is critical for ensuring the smooth movement of commodities from suppliers to customers, influencing many elements of supply chain management (SCM). However, obtaining maximum transportation performance requires a thorough understanding of critical issues such as mode selection, route optimization, carrier selection, fleet management, IT integration and so on. This project will be utilizing a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis with case studies, to identify critical success factors and best practices for effective transportation systems. Furthermore, the study will look into how transportation efficiency could reduce expenditures and improve customer satisfaction. By identifying the nexus between transportation effectiveness and supply chain results, this study hopes to give practical insights for firms and authorities looking to improve their transportation strategy and ultimately drive success across their supply chain operations.

The adoption of digital warehousing and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in supply chain management are examined in this study, with particular attention to how these developments may affect product pricing and warehouse maintenance expenses. Utilizing a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, this study identifies the primary factors driving the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital warehousing into supply chain processes. The results illustrate the tactical implications for supply chain professionals in terms of refining maintenance procedures, streamlining warehouse management procedures, and product pricing strategies. For any given business, a smoothly running supply chain is essential to success. Possessing a highly accurate inventory estimate gives you a significant competitive edge. The operation of the entire supply chain is affected by an extensive variety of external as well as internal variables, including the environment, excessive volatility, shifts in customer perception, and media coverage. Examples of internal elements that impact supply chain performance are product releases and distribution network expansion. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has demonstrated in recent years to be a brain extension, allowing us to operate at levels above our wildest expectations. Contrary to common perception, artificial intelligence (AI) will not replace individuals; rather, it will enable us to achieve our full innovative and tactical potential.
