Tailor made questionnaires have been utilized to show the job efficiency among 384 Islamic Azad University employed graduates and 69 companies' employers in 2012. All the employers and employees were selected from the public and non-public enterprises in Khuzestan Province-Iran. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were computed via factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha mechanism, at 0.001 level of significance, respectively while the resulted coefficient was equal to 0.75. The research also included one hypothesis and 8 questions. The analysis indicated that Islamic Azad Graduates possess the primary readiness to carry out given job, but their professions and expertise are not satisfactory for their employers. Persistent increase in number of higher education institutions along with its complications and k... more Persistent increase in number of higher education institutions along with its complications and known consequences led to studying of probable defects and providing appropriate strategies to avoid institutions suspension due to less number of applicants. This study aimed to investigate the affecting factors in increase (decrease) of interest and guiding students towards higher education which was conducted in 2012. Present field research surveyed over 180 students among candidates of university entrance examination of Islamic Azad university of Khuzestan province by multi-stage sampling procedure. Six research questions and one hypothesis regarding the purpose of the survey were designed; then, data were collected using a 20-items Self questionnaire. The subject were entrepreneual women in Ahwaz, Dezfol, khorramshar and Abadan, 100 entrepreurs were selected based on simple random sampling. The measurement instrument of the research was questionnaire. Descriptive and analytic procedures were employed. The current research was a correlation type. Data analysis resulted using Pearson and regression coefficient showed that socio-cultural and economic factors had positive effect on women entrepreneurs. The present research revealed that social Factors had more effect on women entrepreneurship in Khouzestan than other factors.

Research problem focused on the factors affecting qualifications in Khuzestan concerned with the competition between these Islamic Azad Universities in order to attract more applicants. Research design was descriptive through which 150 faculty members teaching in four universities were selected through cluster sampling method. Instruments included the Questionnaire of Leadership Characteristics and Organizational Health. Data were analyzed by utilizing Chi-square and Pearson correlation coefficients.
