In some such encounters, the black hole can launch a powerful relativistic jet (2-6). If this jet fortuitously aligns with our line of sight, the overall brightness is Doppler boosted by several orders of magnitude. Consequently, such on-axis relativistic TDEs have the potential to unveil cosmological (redshift z>1) quiescent black holes and are ideal test beds to understand the radiative mechanisms operating in super-Eddington jets. Here, we present multi-wavelength (X-ray, UV, optical, and radio) observations of the optically discovered transient AT 2022cmc at z=1.193 (7). Its unusual X-ray properties, including a peak observed luminosity of >1048 erg s-1, systematic variability on timescales as short as 1000 seconds, and overall duration lasting more than 30 days in the rest-frame are traits associated with relativistic TDEs. This make...

Results Field and laboratory experiments were conducted to evaluate the effect of bacterial bioagents Bacillus megaterium 1% WP (2 × 106 CFU/g), B. amyloliquifaciens 1% WP (2 × 108 CFU/g), Pseudomonas putida 1% WP (2 × 108 CFU/g), P. fluorescens 1% WP (2 × 109 CFU/g) on egg hatching and juvenile mortality of root-knot nematode, M. incognita. All the bacterial species inhibited the egg hatching in M. incognita and caused juvenile mortality. The lowest mean egg hatching in 120 h. after treatment was observed in P. putida (20.9% mean egg hatching), followed by P. fluorescens (21.1%), B. amyloliquifaciens (23.7%), and B. megaterium (24.7%) at 4% concentration of the formulated product against (47%) egg hatching in control. Nasya with Kshirabala taila, Tarpana with Jeevantyadi Ghrita, Karnapoorana with Ksheer-Bala Taila and Shiropichu with Rasanaadi taila were done along with oral drugs for 28 days. Assessment criteria was adopted on the basis of House Brackmann's grading for Facial Paralysis. Patient had 100% relief in wide palpebral aperture, smiling sign, nasolabial folds, dribbling of saliva, forehead frowning and trapping of food between cheeks and teeth. No side-effects of medicines or procedure were observed during and after the treatment.

Isoproturon is the most accepted herbicide developed in 1992. Later, introduced herbicides also developed resistance and cross-resistance to their respective binding sites. Isoproturon binds at the QB binding site of the D1 protein of photosystem-II (PS-II) which blocks the electron transfer in photosynthesis. In this work, a series of computational studies have been implemented to discover herbicides against the D1 protein of P. minor. Through computational study, twenty-four lead molecules are reported which have shown a higher binding affinity and inhibition constant compared to the reference ligand. The conformational stability of docked complexes was evaluated by molecular dynamics simulation and MM/PBSA method. Ala225, Ser226, Phe227, and Asn229 present in the binding site of protein play an important role in the stability of the protein-lead complex via hydrogen bond interaction and pi-pi ...

Nanocomposites are comprised of multiple nanoscale materials, or a nanoscale material incorporated into the bulk material. During the past few decades, different types of nanocomposites have been investigated for use in biomedical applications such as orthopedics, dentistry, drug delivery, tissue engineering, cardiac prosthesis, biosensors, and so forth. Numerous dental nanocomposites have also been designed and investigated for dentin-pulp regeneration, dental restoration, enamel substitution, periodontal ligament regeneration, periodontal drug delivery, and so forth. In recent years, a variety of dental pulp capping nanocomposites for the fortification of multifaceted vital dentin pulp have already been developed by various research groups. This chapter presents a comprehensive review on the use of nanocomposites in dental pulp capping.

Control toast bread had 17.70 percent moisture, 11.80 percent crude protein, 12.20 percent crude fat, 0.82 percent crude fiber, 1.80 percent ash and 73.38 percent total carbohydrates. In value added Type I toast bread incorporating 10 percent full fat rice bran, mixed nuts and sesame seeds, the moisture, crude protein, fat, crude fiber, ash and total carbohydrates contents were 18.10, 11.90, 14.10, 1.91, 2.68 and 69.41 percent, respectively. Similarly, value added Type I toast bread incorporating 10 percent defatted rice bran, mixed nuts and sesame seeds had the moisture, crude protein, fat, crude fiber, ash and total carbohydrates as 18.20, 13.10, 12.22, 2.13, 2.90 and 69.60 percent. It was found that all nutrient significantly higher in toast bread containing defatted rice bran.

The structural characterisation by X-ray powder diffraction shows the orthorhombic structure of the sample at room temperature. The measurement of molar magnetic susceptibility of the powder sample has been reported in the temperature range 300-1100K at field 1.55×10-1 Tesla. In these samples magnetism arises from the rare-earth ions Ho3+ & Er3+, while Zr is non magnetic. These samples show antiferromagnetic behaviour at low temperature and obey Curie-Weiss law.

Day by day the increase of electrical products is being increased and hence the chances of the system to be disturbed are being increasing. With the use of the advanced electrical products the power system stability requirement is being increasing. We are using the synchronous generators as the source of power supply. So our machines excitation system should be in such a way that the voltage should be controlled and the generator should not be a cause for the un-stability of the power system. Till now we are using mathematical models to analyze the power system. But the mathematical models are linear models. So here in this paper we are going to discuss the design of fuzzy logic controller which not only takes into account the non linearity of the system but also easy to analyze and to control.

Biochar refers to a kind of charcoal made from biomass. Unlike charcoal made for fuel, biochar has properties which make it a valuable soil amendment. The decrease in biomass production, decrease in organic matter supply and increased decomposition rate are the primary factors to reduction in soil organic matter. Biochar is a stable carbon compound created when biomass is heated to temperatures between 300 and 1000 ̊C, under low oxygen concentrations. Biochar is attracting attention as a means for sequestering carbon and as a potentially valuable input for agriculture to improve soil fertility and sustainable production. Biochar, when utilized correctly, can be an important agricultural tool used to increase nutrients and organic resources in depleted soils. This is because the lumps of biochar are full of holes and crevices that help serve as habitats for soil microorganisms. So...
