Whether commercial banks used the training program and analyzed their impact is the question being raised in the acaemic community. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the impact of training on the employee's performance in commercial banks in Nepal. Two commercial banks in Pokhara valley namely Nabil Bank and NMB Bank were selected randomly, as a descriptive cum causal research design, which covered 89 respondents as a convenient sample. Primary sources and a questionnaire survey have been used to collect the data. The statistical software SPSS 17 version has been carried out to analysis the relationships and impacts of dependent and independent variables. The study shows that the existence of training programs in the commercial bank of Nepal is important. The findings show that an employee's level of performance is increased as they receive more training and operating training regularly. There was a significant positive impact of employee training on their performance in commercial banks. As a result, it is advised that commercial banks as a whole receive well-planned, organized, and coordinated training programs. Since they serve as a crucial strategic link between the company's goal and day-today operations, the organization should put its best effort into developing training policies and practices. Further, it could be useful to study other banks and financial institutions regarding the impact of training on the employees' performance of any bank and institution in the future by using other variables.

The article entitled "Knowledge of Reproductive Health Issues among the Students of P. N. Campus,... more The article entitled "Knowledge of Reproductive Health Issues among the Students of P. N. Campus, Pokhara" has studied to get the knowledge about the reproductive health issues. Reproductive health is one of the important factors of population studies. Several studies have been made concerning the reproductive health issues but there are few research works on the knowledge of reproductive health, especially, in P. N. Campus. The present study attempts to find out knowledge of reproductive health issues among the students in the P. N. Campus. This study was based on the primary information collected from the field survey in P.N. Campus. The sample used for collection of data is random sampling. Basically, both descriptive and analytic research design and simple statistical tools like frequency table, and cross tabulation have been used here. To test the hypothesis, Chi-Square test with contingency table has been presented. Among the total 116 students, 58 percent female and 42 percent male were taken for sample. The median age for the sample population was 23 years. About 31 percent among them were married. This research finds out the knowledge of reproductive health issues like media of knowledge, sources, reproductive health issues areas and level of knowledge among the selected demographic background of respondents.

The major objective is to identify the women in tourism, their situation, problem, and obstacle and future perspective in the tourism industry. The descriptive and analytical research design is used. Primary and secondary sources of data are used. Fifty-two samples have been taken from the tourism industry (hotel, lodge, travel, and trekking) and a questionnaire distributed to women. Some women are entrepreneurs and some are employees in the tourism field in Pokhara. Women are gradually being motivated to involve themselves in tourism-related business. These days, women's contribution does not equate males when they are compared. Most of the women work at a lower level and they are satisfied with their work and their contribution. Women face different obstacles that hamper them to move, initiate and run their business. Women have better potentiality in different tourism sectors like direct and indirect, such as framing, planting, travel, and trekking, rural tourism, home stay, medication, and hospitability. But they have various causes and reasons to work at a lower level.

The main aim of the study is to analyze the impact of humor advertisement on the brand purchasing strategy of consumers. This study used descriptive research design by testing the hypothesis with dependent and independent variables. The questionnaire based survey has been undertaken upon the sample of 136 respondents. Furthermore, data analysis has been carried forward with the help of SPSS through regression and correlation. The results reveal that there is no significant relationship exists between the independent variable (humor advertisement) and the dependent variables (brand attitude, brand memories, purchase intention). There is low correlation between humor advertisement and brand attitude that shows p<0.1. Sexual harassment (SH) is a form of illegal, unwelcome sexual act, and other verbal and physical ... more Sexual harassment (SH) is a form of illegal, unwelcome sexual act, and other verbal and physical conduct of a sexual nature in the workplace and other environments. This paper aims to analyze the situation and its effect on Nepalese society. The systematic review procedures were followed using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. This paper has covered to eligible and inclusion of all articles and search databases published on Nepjol, ResearchGate, Taylor and Francis, Mind and Society between 2019 and May 2023, to be written in English, specially, survey relating to the topic of sexual harassment in those open access journal articles. The initial trial and error method was used to select the sample articles at different times, titles and contents. Most of the sexual harassment study was found in Kathmandu Valley targeting the higher school level of female students. The study found that the majority of victims were female, with girls being the most affected by males. The systematic review revealed that the targeted participants were female rather than male. However, there was a sample bias, nonprobability sampling techniques, and a lack of inferential research. The findings support that the systematic review identified the common types of it, various perpetrators, and physical, verbal, and non-verbal effects on the victim. Sexually, the majority of victims were female. A systematic review and descriptive research design are limited, with inferential analysis lacking. Policy reviews and surveys are lacking. Future research should focus on preventive measures, policy formulations, and exploring more areas to address sexual harassment and its effects on individuals and society.

This study uses descriptive cum analytical research design with 300 sample taken from rural and urban area from Nepali, Bishwokarma and Pariyar caste. The purposive and stratified sampling was used as multi stage sampling system. Standard set of questionnaire was used to collect the data from primary sources and inferential statistics chi-square test was used to show the level of satisfaction. Data processing of the study used SPSSS program. Level of satisfaction of occupation changed Dalit was average where there is significance association between occupation changed with overall satisfaction level but no occupational changed Dalit caste has no significant association with overall satisfaction at 5 % level of significant. It is highly recommended to make suitable policy by government that Dalit can change their occupation according to change in environment in Dalit caste to get high level of satisfaction from change in socioeconomic situation.

This study is designed as a descriptive and analytical study based on primary data. A total of 124 respondents collected from Kaski district as data input during November 2018 and data are collected using structure questionnaire. Chi-square test is used to determine factors associated with studying tourism in colleges of Nepal according to gender, study level and college type. Cronbach’s alpha has been used to test reliability and validity. The result shows that gender has no association with all motivational variables for studying tourism in colleges of Nepal.
