Sesuatu imej fotografi pada papan iklan pelancongan yang menarik, mampu memberi gambaran awal tentang destinasi pelancongan yang dipaparkan. Imej fotografi juga adalah merupakan satu bahan komunikasi visual yang menyampaikan sesuatu cerita, menyampaikan maklumat dan bertujuan memujuk.Setiap imej yang kreatif yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai estetika akan lebih dihargai dan mesej akan mudah diterima dengan lebih baik oleh masyarakat umum. Selain itu juga daya tarikan terhadap imej yang digunakan perlulah mengambarkan imej yang bersesuaian terhadap mesej yang ingin disampaikan

Istilah 'Art talk memang selalu digunakan dalam bidang Seni Lukis dan Seni Reka merujuk kepada bicara seni atau persembahan yang melibatkan seni visual. Memang sudah acap kali penulis di jemput mengadakan 'Art talk ini baik di dalam negara mahupun di luar. Kebetulan baru-baru ini, rakan baik penulis yang juga merupakan Professor di Srinakharinwirot University bersungguh-sungguh menjemput penulis ke universiti beliau kerana ingin memanjangkan aktiviti kerjasama yang telah dijalinkan antara UITM Perak dan SWU sejak tiga tahun kebelakangan ini

This study explores photograph preferences in Therapeutic Photography among lecturers in Universi... more This study explores photograph preferences in Therapeutic Photography among lecturers in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Malaysia. The context of the study involved a selection of photographs that contributes to stress therapeutic. The discussion examines the visual significance and understanding of images and the value of photographs. The study discusses the value of a photograph as visual communication in therapy, visual studies in photo-imagery practice, and also the robust value of visual sustainability toward photographs in therapy. As a result, the study found that family pictures positively impact participants as a platform to conduct Therapeutic Photography.

Advertisements through the use of electronic media such as TV ads are a particularly effective co... more Advertisements through the use of electronic media such as TV ads are a particularly effective communications tools to convey more effective services to the community. The objective of this research is to examine the Petronas Independence Day TV Commercials as Public Service Announcements (PSA) in creating awareness and self-esteem among teenager. Self-esteem among the society is developed with the availability of effective advertisements through the messages and the values embedded in it. Advertisement is a form of communication that is effective in spreading the reflection of the identity, the culture and the society of Malaysia. Meanwhile, TV ads or TV Commercial is the best medium to convey, persuade and can communicate with audience in term of people moral value, human's lifestyle, attitude, behaviour, culture and etc.

This concept paper discusses the importance and capability, implementing visual communication in ... more This concept paper discusses the importance and capability, implementing visual communication in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). As the whole country faced with Covid-19, visual communications became widely used method delivering information. Social media usage was increasing in digital and online activities because of demand getting information for Covid-19. Visual communication helps identify instructions, guidance and actions that need to be done for Covid-19. A lot of information in the form of graphics is designed as visual communication and aimed at achieving the objectives of explaining, educating and facilitating understanding to the public. To be aware of how visual communication functions, a communication model was chosen as a model for discussion in this paper. It's involves five component ways of communication: who said it, what was said, in what channel it was said, to whom it was said and with what effect it was said.

In winning the heart of voters, politician's party use photographic images as main communication strategies in delivering their messages, agendas and also to catch the voter's attention. As for voters, they need the required information as their reference before making any decisions. Regarding this, the present of the proposal paper is to identify to what extent the role of the photographic image presented in traditional newspaper and online media as serve as a vehicle in persuasion strategy and the impact on perception in the eyes of the voters that changes the pattern political landscape in Malaysia.
