The same goes for startups as well. The study aimed to create a valid and reliable scale that can be used to measure the HR strategies of the startups. The scale development involved four stages majorly. It started with content validity. The second stage was to evaluate Exploratory Factor Analysis to identify the initial structure of the scale framework. The next stage was to measure the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Smart PLS 3.3 was used to measure the CFA. The last stage was to find the correlation between the item values. The historical data for India's GDP is collected from the year 1951 and the growth rates are predicted for the same period on yearly basis. An attempt has been made to apply a-theoretic model for forecasting the Indian GDP and its growth rate i.e ., ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Model) and to evaluate the model's accuracy for the same. It was found that the Indian GDP's potential to grow is higher than what is observed due to adverse reactions. The research will be helpful for identifying the India's potential to grow at macroeconomic front.

Indian economy is at a developing stage and there is still more to come in every stage of its development. The income tax department of India launched the electronic tax filing system of Income Tax Returns in year 2017. Despite the rapid adoption of etax filing in many countries, researchers have argued that due to its high perceived risk by public, there is a need to establish an integrated system that is reliable, especially in developing countries like India. The present study focuses on understanding the various aspects of e-taxation in India in the recent past, the present position and the future prospects. The study also tries to explore the factors within the technology acceptance model (TAM) that effects the adoption of e-taxation. The study will serve as a useful guideline for development of strategies in promoting the tax e-filing service in India.

Whereas, the another component is the price fluctuation. The present study investigates the reaction of stock prices to dividend announcements by testing the semi-strong form of market efficiency. It analyzes the dividend announcement of 25 companies representing various sectors listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange for the year 2013. Expected and abnormal returns from the market model were evaluated using the Capital Asset Pricing Model and Paired t-test was employed to test the impact of dividend announcements on share prices of select companies. The income tax department of India launched the electronic tax filing system for Income Tax Returns from A Y 2006-07 onwards. Despite the rapid adoption of etax filing in many countries, researchers have argued that due to its high perceived risk by public, there is a need to establish an integrated system that is reliable, especially in developing countries like India. The present paper investigates the comparative differences in the perception towards e-tax filing on the basis of demographic variables. A survey was conducted to collect the data from tax payers’ which was analyzed in SPSS 16. The findings of the study suggest that there is no significant difference between the perception of respondents on the basis of gender, education level and age groups regarding e-filing whereas a significant difference was observed on the basis of occupation.

Basic intention of advertising is to induce prospective buyers to purchase the product. The present study attempts to analyse how Television and Print media advertisements create differential influence on the purchase intention of a sample of 400 respondents having demographic characteristics classified into Education and Income levels in Indore, the commercial capital city of Madhya Pradesh. Responses were collected through a self designed questionnaire on five point likert scale for assessing the impact of Television and print media advertisements on the respondents with different demographic profiles. Analysis of data was done with the help of Anova for four groups and Post hoc Analysis of Tukey HSD to calculate differential influence of two types of advertisements on two demographic groups. The findings of the study state that Television and Print media advertisements have significant impact on buying decisions of all groups while mean difference of the impacts between classified groups in this study are also noticed. Results are useful for the marketer in choosing mode of advertisement for the targeted group.

India is becoming one of the fastest growing banking markets in world due to various financial se... more India is becoming one of the fastest growing banking markets in world due to various financial sector reforms, growth in the economy, rising foreign investments, favourable regulatory climate etc. This study evaluates the quality of service of public and private banks in the city of Indore from the perspective of the customer on the basis of framework of factors considered in early study of the public and private sector banks. Results of the pilot study explored eight factors namely security, empathy, services, and reliability, responsive, tangibles, accessible, considerate. Factors identified were further analyzed by applying Analysis of Variance (Anova). For measuring Service quality scale of SERVQUAL (as proposed by Chase, et al., 2001) was slightly modified and the target groups were administered with a structured questionnaire containing 22 quality items. The implication of this study is to highlight the importance of improving the service quality delivered by banking industry for the customer satisfaction.
