The company is popular all over the globe for offering an assortment of services and merchandise at low prices and operating through various business segments such as Walmart International, Walmart U.S., and Sam's Club. Despite the organization's success, there are many challenges that the firm faces, making it hard for the employees and other stakeholders due to poor management and ineffective communication between the management and other members of the staff. Because of such issues, the organization has been characterized with issues and concerns such as negative reputation, stiff competition from other organizations that have better relationships with the workers, sustainability issues as well as government regulation in the foreign markets, not forgetting the existing cultural differences and their impact in the running and functioning of the firm. Upon performance of an in-depth analysis of the internal conflicts that the organization faces, it is worth noting that these conflicts include interpersonal differences, which are the most obvious among the employees due to speculation, work affairs, and rumors. For such a reason, attitude preferences and language clash most of the time to cause interpersonal tension in Walmart due to the strong ethnocultural, conflict, and racial sources in such stores. Such conflicts have hence caused many lawsuits and perceptions that such concerns occur due to prejudice and abuse. Whereas people are sometimes forced to carry their burdens from home to the workplace, which results in augmented tension, different theories in regard to professional achievement happen to be another cause of internal conflicts and tension in Walmart. Such can be because although most members might have powerful work-related motivations, others do not have such in their day-today activities in the organization.

We determined the extent to which hospital, maternal, and infant characteristics are associated with breastfeeding initiation and continuation among opioid-exposed dyads. MATERIALS AND METHODS We examined breastfeeding initiation and continuation until infants' discharge among opioid-exposed dyads from 2006 to 2016. Among dyads meeting hospital breastfeeding guidelines, we assessed hospital (changes in breastfeeding guidelines and improvement initiatives [using delivery year as a proxy]), maternal (demographics, comorbid conditions, methadone versus buprenorphine treatment, and delivery mode), and infant (gestational age and birth weight) characteristics. We used multivariable logistic regression to examine independent associations of characteristics with breastfeeding initiation and continuation. RESULTS Among 924 opioid-exposed dyads, 61%...

Traditional principles of dominance and control are inverted across her story. Instead of King Arthur, the princess and the court women act as judges and assess the knight's sentence in the 'Wife of Bath's Tale.' This pamphlet describes the Wife of Bath's various points of view.
