A model of adaptation must be able to take into consideration the different dynamic aspects of adaptive hypermedia. Such a model is in particular to represent the situation in which the user is located, the way their profile is updated and coping techniques to apply. This model consists of two components: a version of situational logic and rule language. Our adaptation model is based on the calculation of first-order predicate. This solution has several advantages. It is declarative and thus more natural to implement the programmatic approaches and less tied to a particular implementation. It is possible to reason about the model, since it is based on logic. This model consists of two components: a version of the situational logic and rule language. Situational logic, which can represent declaratively situations and how they change based on your actions, provides a basis to represent different aspects of adaptation: representation...

During recent years, the emergence of the web 2.0 has revolutionized the world of new technologies, in particular the business intelligence field, providing businesses with new and innovative ways to make use of information in order to improve their overall performance. This article comes to consolidate the profit which can be taken from the new technologies of the web 2.0, especially blogs which constitute a valuable mean to gather exchanged information and results of the collaboration between users, by offering a new collaborative tool for decision making based on online questionnaires in order to exploit the collective intelligence which represents a very important source of significant data, and by adopting the SCAMMPERR method, a creative technique of stimulation of ideas and problem solving. This paper presents a practical innovation in the computing level and makes an impact on the economic and the organizational sides of the enterprise, by proposing a new methodology based on the SCAMMPERR technique and supported by the strengths of the web 2.0 to ensure a collaborative decision making. As a result, it provides relevant decisions which support the traditional decision support systems.

One of those popular tools is the Online Video Social Networks (OVSN). Video content is becoming a predominant part of the daily life of users on the Web. Henceforth the study and modeling this kind of platforms, emerge as necessity. In this paper, we study the interaction of user community with videos shared and viewed in online video social networks. The concept of freedom giving to users in these platforms allows them to express their opinion toward those videos. Based on the analysis of the mechanisms of interaction in OVSN, we developed a personal opinion model for online users in this case. To deal with this problem we constructed a Petri Net model and we use it to derive a payoff function, these bring us to the Game theory field. Although our model is inspired from earlier studies, at the heart of our whole approach is abstracting the complex mechanism of interactions by the solution concept of Nash equilibrium, which allowed us to deal with richer problem instances. We conclude this paper by outlining several interesting lines of future work.

It is based on a process consisting of four iterative steps which are: grouping, collaborating, validating and publishing content. In this context, learners will be the creators of the content of assigned courses in a virtual meeting through the chat. These contents will be validated after a pedagogical monitoring by the instructor through the class's blog and merged into a single course content published on a class' wiki. Social interaction and sharing of files on the web will be the responsibility of social networks. The rest of the web 2.0 tools such as RSS feeds, tags, podcasts and video casts will be used as complementary tools in order to improve the quality of training. This methodological approach will allow E-learning 2.0 by ensuring a better interactivity, collaboration, sharing and an optimal exploitation of collaborative intelligence in the classroom.

Spatial determination of the lateral and vertical heterogeneities has a direct impact on a reservoir model because it will affect the property distributions. An inappropriate determination of the facies distribution will lead to unrealistic reservoir behavior. Because these data can take different forms (lithologs, cuttings, and for seismic, poststack, and prestack attributes) and have different resolutions, the manual integration of all the information can be tedious and is sometimes impractical. We developed a new neural network-based methodology called democratic neural network association (DNNA). The DNNA method was trained using lithology logs from wells simultaneously with prestack seismic data. This technique, using a probabi...

The site is of high relevance for a comprehensive approach of archaeology of the whole Eastern Jbel Bani which lays to the South-West of Zagora, in the presaharan fringes of Morocco. A Moroccan-Italian research programme has been set up to study these paintings in their whole ethnoarchaeological context. The first fieldwork has been undertaken from 10 to 25 of October 2009 by a pluridisciplinary team composed by four prehistorians, one anthropologist and one geologist. The drawings have been made of red ochre, white, black and yellow, on the inner sides of five shelters at the edge of a dry river. Besides the inventory and study of these paintings, the fieldwork has undertaken an extensive prospection in the whole of the plateau of Tafraout-n-Taska. Comprehensive interviews have also been conducted with the chiefs of a couple of Aït Atta nomadic families that a...

During the last years, groundwater quality has been deteriorated in many parts of Morocco due to agricultural expansion, solid waste disposal and industrialization. This study presents an assessment of the vulnerability of Berrechid aquifer. The study of vulnerability involves evaluating the sensitivity of the resource of any kind of polluting elements emerging from soil surface and focusing on the physical characteristics of the area in question. GIS and model DRASTIC was used to assess vulnerability. The results got show that the area studied consists of three categories of vulnerability, higher DRASTIC index appear in areas when water is shallow and in areas not protected by quaternary clays, namely north, north-west and south-east parts of regions studied. While areas with low vulnerability are located, where clay is thicker and water deeper. Keywords: Berrechid-Maroc ; Groundwater vulnerability ; DRASTIC model; GIS

The main objective is to quantify the effect of fresh lifted dust on the atmospheric electric field and its feedback on the lifting process. An enhancement of the atmospheric electric field is expected during dust events such as sand saltation process, dust devils, dust storms (e.g Schmidt et al., 1998; Kok and Renno, 2006; 2008). This is due to charge transfer among particles during sand-dust-soil collisions. This mechanism is poorly understood but from some laboratory and field experiments, we expect that saltating sand particles charge negatively while the soil surface charges positively, so that the resulting electric field is expected to be reversed in sign with respect to fair weather. Moreover, some studies show also evidences of the role of electric field in reducing the wind stress needed to start sand saltation process (Kok and Renno, 2008; Zheng et al., 2003; 2006). We acquired synchronized measurements of wind speed and direction, atmospheric pressure, solar radiation, air and soil humidity and temperature, wind erosion using impact sensors and sand catchers, dust lifting and electric field for about two months in the Moroccan desert. Preliminary data analysis shows a strict correlation between the abundance of the fresh lifted dust and the enhancement of atmospheric electric field. This study provides new evidences in the relation of aeolian processes and electric properties of the atmosphere and will prepare the analysis of the data that will be acquired on Mars by the instrument DREAMS onboard the ExoMars 2016 space mission. DREAMS is a meteorological station with the additional capability to perform measurements of the electric field close to the surface of Mars.

These changes were characterized by software migration to the Web creating accordingly more interactive applications. On their part, Integrated Development Environments have turned to the Web taking advantage of many benefits thereby opening very promising prospects for collaboration. Software engineering is a team task where developers need to collaborate and produce pieces of the same software project, resulting in a set of problems in terms of collaboration. Therefore, the implementation of collaboration tools is a pressing necessity. This article presents IDE 2.0, a collaborative tool for software engineering offering features inspired from collaboration on Web 2.0 applications. The tool is also characterized by the real-time collaborative editing technique for source code files.
