The basic objective of the study is to identify the underlying common factor dimension by considering the factors which have already identified and defined by other researchers. In order to accomplish this objective, a quantitative research method was employed based on the data collected from 137 E-shoppers through questionnaire with the administration of non-probability sampling. The result of the study points out two underlying dimensions for the factors considered. One which attract as well as force consumers to shop online-Push Factors. And the other which drives away or restrict consumers from online shopping-Pull Factors.

The family related characteristics of the respondents were assessed with the help of seven variables viz., marital status, spouse status of work, kid's status, kids number, family strength, family structure, and employee status of care responsibility. The covid-19 pandemic has brought work into home. Therefore, it's essential to comprehend how the family dynamics influence the WLB of the employee for the allocation of Work From Home (WFH) strategy implementation. The analysis reveals that the employee status of care responsibility is the family related variable that has significant influence on employee WLB level. Furthermore, the family related variables considered in the study all together only have the potential to explain six percent of variance in employee WLB level, further validating the small effect that the family demographic characteristics have on WLB level. That is, the family characteristics were silent on WLB rather, family related responsibility has the potential to influence WLB level of the employees. As there's an inverse association between care responsibility and WLB, reducing the care responsibility burden can improve the WLB level of the employees.

The parameters of model are estimated by various estimation methods. A reliability sampling plan is proposed which can save the test time in practical situations. Some tables are also provided for the new sampling plans so that this method can be used conveniently by practitioners. The developed test plan is applied to ordered failure times of software release to provide its importance in industrial applications.

The study considers work-life balance as a qualitative phenomenon which can be measured quantitatively and hence was founded upon the post-positivist framework and quasi-experimental design. Exploratory, descriptive as well as analytical methods have been used to achieve the study objectives, and conclusions were drawn on the basis of primary data obtained from 520 respondents who were employed in the service sector of Kerala. According to the study work-life balance is a concept which is rather individualistic than collectivistic and there’s work-life balance in the service sector of Kerala. The analysis indicated that an employee who is ‘normal’ in terms of personality have a balanced work-life. Out of three factors considered in the study, personality has the strongest blend with work-life balance, it was followed by employee perception, and the employee demographic characteristics only have resilient relation with the employee work-life balance level. The mediation and moderation analysis validates the hypothesised claim that the employee perception as well as employee personality explains the relationship between demographic characteristics and work-life balance. The analysis further confirms that the employee perceptions partially mediates the relationship between employee personality and work-life balance. Because of the individualistic nature of the work-life balance concept, work-life balance programmes should be idiosyncratic and tailor made for each employee.

Hochschild 1997 in a study states that changes that happened in the work place as well as in the demographics in the past decade lead to an increased concern for the boundary between employee work and non-work (as cited in Hayman, 2005). Work life conflict become popular on the basis of the role conflict model proposed by

Studies often explored the work-life enrichment from the point of view of contextual variables (Lapierre, et al., In Press). Literature exploration found that limited research had explored the relationship between work-life enrichment and employee demographics exclusively. This study exclusively examined the relationship between the employee demographics and work-life enrichment with the help of data obtained from 78 banking and academic professionals from the taluk of Viakom. The result of the analysis found that employee demographics (work, family and personal) does not have any relationship with work-life enrichment and there by conforms work-life enrichment as a construct which is less social in nature.

A sub-model of geometric distribution or a discrete generalization of the exponential model is proposed as a special case of the derived family. Besides, we point out a comprehensive record of some of its mathematical properties. Two distinct estimation methods for parameters estimation and two different methods for constructing confidence intervals are explored for the proposed distribution. In addition, three extensive Monte Carlo simulations studies are conducted to assess the advantages between estimation methods. Finally, the utility of the new model is embellished by dint of two real datasets.

The family-related characteristics of the respondents were assessed on the basis of seven variables (i.e., marital status, spouse status of work, kid's status, kid's number, family strength, family structure, and employee status) of care responsibility. It connects people in the rest of the world. We know about the people and happenings of other places and countries, as they know about us through the image created by the media. The has very media, influential power of the society. Social networking media have got wide acceptance in our society as a result of the changes in the social and cultural life pattern. Business enterprises are very keen to popularize their image in the Facebook. Through the creation of account under the name of business on the Facebook. It has now grown as an important advertising and marketing platform for the business due to its cost effectiveness global reach. The business ability to influence the popularity of Facebook account (page) is limited. In order to overcome this limitation, the business may resort to certain unacceptable practices to stimulate the popularity of a Facebook account page. This is a conceptual work intended to reveal the shortcuts employed by business to market and popularize their image in the social networking site Facebook.

In a highly competitive business environment, it is very crucial to have talented as well as committed employees in order to attain upper hand in the business field. That is the one thing that creates sustainable competitive advantage-and therefore ROI, company value and long-term strength-is the workforce, the people who are the company. Therefore, the HR managers are interested to measure and evaluate the commitment, motivation, positive feelings, and satisfaction of employees towards their work. The employee engagement is one of such concept that describes the overall employee-favour-to work and work environment. This paper focus on defining the concept of employee engagement through exploring the secondary data.
