It helps the Indonesian government track and stop the COVID-19 pandemic. PLMA detects, tracks, warns, and stops Covid-19. KOMINFO requires all citizens to utilize PLMA, which has been downloaded over 10,000,000 times. However, PLMA was criticized by those who used its apps due to application errors, data breaches, and incorrect user data. 470,521 Google Play Store users rated it 3.8 on September 29, 2021. The PLMA review score suggests the application needs revision. PLMA receives concerns regarding its navigation, features, connection and performance issues, personal data security, and accessibility. The study examines PLMA's impact on application users' UX and UI. Few research has measured or evaluated PLMA UI/UX. The meCUE 2.0 framework by Minge (2020) evaluates application user experience services. It's new and extensive. MeCUE 2.0's questionnaire comprises 34 statement items. Modules I and II (Perception of quality of instrumental and non-instrumental products), III (Emotions), IV (Consequences), and V (Overall Evaluation) comprise it. This study began by translating and giving 50 respondents the meCUE 2.0 questionnaire. The PLMA UI/UX ratings were 3.17 for usefulness, 4 for usability, 3.33 for visual aesthetics, 3 for status, 3.67 for commitment, 3.67 for positive emotions, 2.67 for negative emotions, 3.67 for intention to use, 2.67 for product loyalty, and 3.67 for overall evaluation (107.00). This research contributes ideas and uses. It advises UX designers and policymakers to consider key elements when creating PLMAs.

The method used is statistical linear regression by comparing some variables related to propellers from 27 piston aircraft data. Based on comparison results obtained 6 strong relationships, namely aircraft speed and engine power, aircraft weight and engine power, aircraft weight and propeller weight, aircraft weight and the number of propellers blades, engine power and propeller weight, and propeller weight and the number of propellers blades so that it can be used for conceptual design reference. The propeller diameter and engine speed variables do not have a strong relationship in regression but form a cluster so that it can be used as a conceptual design reference. Trim Air Pressure Regulating and Shutoff Valve or also known as Trim Air PRSOV is a component on the Boeing 737-800 aircraft to regulate flow of hot air constantly before entering the aircraft cabin. Refering to the data for the last 6 years, the replacement of the component belonging to one of the Indonesian national flight carrier using Boeing 737-800 aircraft was the occurance of 84 times the cooling system failure which caused the light indiacator in the cockpit to light up. This paper considers synthesis problems of output feedback controllers for Networked Control Syst... more This paper considers synthesis problems of output feedback controllers for Networked Control Systems via LMI. Based on our recent work considering synthesis problems of stabilizing dynamic output feedback controllers which guarantee the internal stability of the closed loop systems, we derive existence conditions and explicit formulas of two different dynamic output feedback H2 controllers, which guarantee the internal stability of the closed loop systems. The derived dynamic output feedback H2 controllers can be interpreted as controllers which consist of memory state feedback controller. Next, we introduce a technique to reduce conditions for synthesis in the form of infinite dimensional LMI to the finite number of LMIs, and present a feasible algorithm for synthesis of output feedback H2 controllers based on the finite dimensional LMIs.

Waktu tunda disebabkan oleh perubahan data digital menjadi analog serta dipengaruhi oleh media transmisi pada jaringan. Waktu tunda pada sistem closed loop menyebabkan respon sistem menjadi tidak stabil. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu kontroler yang dapat memprediksi respon sistem yang dipengaruhi oleh waktu tunda, sehingga kontroler dapat memberikan sinyal kontrol berdasarkan terlambatnya data umpan balik yang masuk. This problem was occurred from natural process while the water was transferred by pump via long pipe. Predictive control is a popular technique to control slow response systems with delay time. This controller can applied in two level that are regulatory and supervisory. In this research, comparison between PI and predictive controller in regulatory and supervisory level with cascade and parallel configuration will analyze. Implementation of this control method will be applied to level control systems PCT-100. Predictive controller can eliminate the impact of delay time and improve system performance with faster response. Predictive control in supervisory level with cascade configuration has the best performance with the smallest time constant about 1.206 second.
