One of the components involved in educational and learning processes is self efficacy or sense of... more One of the components involved in educational and learning processes is self efficacy or sense of personal competency and adequacy about person’s abilities that has influenced on how he/she deals with life problems and tasks. Self efficacy is caused by 4 sources: individual success, alternative experience, verbal persuasion and emotional states when judging his/her ability. Fourth component is discussed in cognitive/emotional dimension. In present study this question follows that whether as it is predicted, self efficacy associate with cognitive creativity components is associated with emotional components too? So, the aim of present research is to determine the relationship between self efficacy and cognitive/emotional creativity in group of middle schools and high schools girls in Isfahan. To investigate these relationship, 60 girl students of middle schools and high schools in Isfahan (aged 14-17) has been selected randomly. Abedi creativity test (1993), Averill emotional creativity questionnaire (1999), and Sherer et al. self efficacy Inventory (1982) were performed on sample. results shows that self efficacy has a positive and significant relation with the total score of cognitive creativity (R=0.62, P<0.01). Results of stepwise regression indicated that self efficacy predicted by fluency (R=0.60, P<0.001) and honesty (R=0.30, P<0.01). In this paper, Research findings explain that efficacy sources are emotional and cognitive states, especially when person evaluate him/her self and every one that has higher level of self efficacy can approve better cognitive/emotional creativity in counter to problem solving situations and learning process.

One the other hand, during past decades, there has been much attention paid to psychological features and positive psychological processes in positive organizational research in the studies; specifically, it is well known that these constructs are effective in the human's welfare, optimism, vitality, and self-mastery are some cases in point. The effectiveness of the above-mentioned variables on the stress has been investigated in the present study. The study sample includes 110 employees working at Isfahan industrial companies. The sample has been selected using stratified random sampling method appropriate for the sample size.
