This research uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using PLS. The population in this research is the millennial generation who live in DKI Jakarta, with a sample of 210 respondents. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that variables E-Service Quality and Customer Experience have a positive and significant effect on E-Customer Satisfaction and E-Customer Loyalty, E-Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on E-Customer Loyalty, as well as E-Service Quality and Customer Experience have a positive and significant effect on E-Customer Loyalty through E-Customer Satisfaction.

This research is focused on the apparel industrial entrepreneurs in the city of Bandung. This research intended to examine the impact of entrepreneurial and relationship marketing on business performance, moderated by motivation. The research method used in this paper was the quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. The sample size used in this research is around 150 SME businesses. This research indicates that business motivation significantly moderated the impact of entrepreneurial marketing on business performance and significantly moderated the effect of relationship marketing on business performance. This research concluded that it is crucial for SME entrepreneurs in the fashion sector in Bandung to further develop their businesses by motivating them to improve their business performance through entrepreneurial marketing and relationship marketing.

Alfa Kaza Mustika. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are all Umrah travel agent PT. Alfa Kaza Mustika, while the sample used is 220 respondents. In taking samples using non-probability sampling technique. The sampling technique used is a questionnaire technique using the Likert scale method. This study employs SEM-PLS with the help of Smart PLS software for the data analysis technique. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of a direct relationship between religiosity and destination image on travel motivation and intention to visit as well as an indirect relationship between religiosity and destination image on intention to visit through travel motivation.

Introduction Indonesia is the known as an agriculture country that produce many kinds of agricultural products such as rice, vegetables, rubber, coffee and many more which is supporting the national economic growth. According to the Center for Agricultural Data and Information Systems, that based on the types of coffee cultivated between 2001 and 2019, the majority of coffee plantations in Indonesia are planting the Robusta coffee which has been reaching 80.89% or an average area of 1.02 million hectares, while Arabica coffee is only reaching an average area of 242.15 thousand hectares which is only 19.11% of the total area of Indonesian coffee plantation. The development of the coffee consumption in Indonesia has been creating a business opportunity in opening up coffee shops to accommodate the increasing demand of coffee lovers. Drinking coffee is currently being the trend and life style among the society, especially the millennials. Based on the research conducted by Toffin, a business solution provider company in the form of bars and services in the hotel, restaurant and cafe industry together with MIX Maret Coom magazine, it was announced that the number of coffee shops in Indonesia until August 2019 have reached the number of 2,950 outlets, an increase of 1,950 outlets from 2016. these increase of coffee outlets also show that Indonesia's domestic coffee consumption continues to increase. According to Eurominitor data in 2013, retail sales volume for ready to drink Indonesian coffee was only around 50 million liters, in 2018 nearly 120 million liters with the current number of outlets recorded, Toffin estimated that the market value of coffee shops in Indonesia have reached Rp. 4.8 trillion per year. Based on the data from ICO (2019), Indonesia's domestic coffee consumption in the 2018-2019 period have reached 50.97% of the whole production. This development indicates that Indonesia has gone through the third wave of coffee consumption development, which has marked by the increasing number of coffee consumers who are classified as coffee lovers. Fore Coffee is one of the start-up coffee shop which was founded in August 2018, Fore Coffee came from the abbreviation of the word "forest". Fore Coffee has developed its own mobile application named "Fore Coffee Application", this application can be downloaded on the iOS App Store and Google Play store operating systems. With this application, the consumers can order their favorite coffee and then pick them up at the nearest Fore Coffee shop according to their available time and do not have to queue for the coffee normally order on the counter. The Fore Coffee application has been downloaded by more than 100 thousand users within a month since the application has been launched, and in 2020 it has reached the number of 1 million downloads. Based on the rapid growth of application downloaded only within a short time, this has given the idea that the application was welcome by the users who are mostly the millennials who are mostly connected to their mobile phone and social media users. This application was also announced by Fore Coffee in their social media marketing and tends to received thousands of "Likes" by the users. According to Ramli & Soelton (2018), all companies need to develop the ability to implement innovation in developing products and processes to be different from their competitors in providing products and services to customers.

Thereby, the present study intends to explore the organizational awareness and how it could be helpful to address the POME and POMS issues by turning it in to green resources that may provide solution to combat the issue and safe communities which are being affected by COP production. The sample of the study is the province of Indonesia; North Sumatera and purposive sampling method was used to sample the population. PLS methodology is used to analyze the data. Findings reveal that green management positively impacts organizational awareness, environmental concern and green technology. Moreover, organizational awareness, environmental concern and green technology plays crucial role in environmental sustainability.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang dengan memperhatikan harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna produk kosmetik wardah yang tinggal di wilayah Jakarta Barat, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 218 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan PLS. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. The data was collected from the distribution of questionnaire, the population are the voters of the election in West Java, Indonesia. This research is using Purposive Sampling as the data processing and the analysis tool is using Partial Least Square. The results indicate that both positioning and social media marketing have positive and significant effect towards political marketing, and the variable of positioning have the most significant influence towards decision to vote compare to social media marketing. The results show that the positioning of a candidate is very important to engage the decision of the voters to vote for them. Eventhough the social media marketing is also playing an important part to engage their voters.

The improvement of the tourism sector has given the people around the tourism area new hopes and better income from the tourists' spending. The city of Ternate, with 22 tourism objects, has been one of the potential tourist sites and has been one of the favorite tourist sites of Indonesia. However, the number of tourists visiting the city of Ternate has been declining. The study intends to find out how to enhance the local SME segments and develop them innovatively based on the variable of innovation, social media, and destination image as the mediating variable towards the dependent variable of intention to visit. The sample size of this study is based on 175 tourists visiting the tourist objects in the city of Ternate. Seiring dengan perkembangan di era modern saat ini kebutuhan akan produk kosmetik merupakan hal y... more Seiring dengan perkembangan di era modern saat ini kebutuhan akan produk kosmetik merupakan hal yang sangat diperhatikan sebagai penunjang gaya hidup seseorang dengan semakin diminatinya produk kosmetik membuat produk kosmetik menjadi beragam salah satunya yaitu produk kosmetik dengan kandungan halal yaitu produk kosmetik wardah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang dengan memperhatikan harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna produk kosmetik wardah yang tinggal di wilayah Jakarta Barat, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 218 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan PLS. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap citra merek, variabel harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap citra merek, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap citra merek, promosi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, serta citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang.

The data was collected from the distribution of questionnaire, the population are the voters of the election in West Java, Indonesia. This research is using Purposive Sampling as the data processing and the analysis tool is using Partial Least Square. The results indicate that both positioning and social media marketing have positive and significant effect towards political marketing, and the variable of positioning have the most significant influence towards decision to vote compare to social media marketing. The results show that the positioning of a candidate is very important to engage the decision of the voters to vote for them. Eventhough the social media marketing is also playing an important part to engage their voters.

In accordance with the development of the tourism section, building the Small Medium Enterprises (SME) innovatively is very important. The improvement of the tourism sector has given the people around the tourism area new hopes and better income from the tourists' spending. The city of Ternate, with 22 tourism objects, has been one of the potential tourist sites and has been one of the favorite tourist sites of Indonesia. However, the number of tourists visiting the city of Ternate has been declining. The study intends to find out how to enhance the local SME segments and develop them innovatively based on the variable of innovation, social media, and destination image as the mediating variable towards the dependent variable of intention to visit. The sample size of this study is based on 175 tourists visiting the tourist objects in the city of Ternate. The results indicate that SME innovation and social media significantly influence the intention to visit.
