The task before the paper is to identify the nuances and underpinning issues that surround the concept and whether it has any socio-political impact. Though the concept of hate speech is regarded as a potential social problem that can cause violence, which poses a threat to mutual co-existence in human society. Nonetheless, in the twenty-first century, the concept has become a topic of discussion globally, as such so many people try to give it a definitional vacuum which is unscientific, it is due to this that this paper uses Raphael’s three models of concept clarification as a theoretical framework to elaborate on the concept and give it a philosophical definitional vacuum. Therefore, using Raphael’s model of analysis, the paper discovers that the concept of hate speech means any form of expression online or offline, spoken or written, which includes images...

It is based on an ethnographic study comprising interviews with candidates and casual conversations with local people in "competitive" Kadazandusun seats such as Matunggong, Kiulu, Moyog, Tambunan, Keningau, Sook, Nabawan, Tenom and Melalap. The results of the election showed that the Kadazandusun voted for status quo. In addition, following the trend of GE14, the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) managed to maintain its strong presence in the Kadazandusun areas. This article argues that ethnic and personality politics play an instrumental role in determining the Kadazandusun support to GRS particularly STAR (Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku Rakyat Sabah/Homeland Solidarity Party) and PBS (Parti Bersatu Sabah/Sabah United Party). While economic factors are decisive as well, the role of the Kadazandusun traditional leadership institution is pertinent in influencing the people’s decision ...

The mixture resulting from the reaction of chloroiridic(II1) acid and 1 ,Znaphthoquinone I-oxime on treatment with pyridine afforded [pyH]pr(l-nqo) (py)Cl,] which was characterized by X-ray crystallography. The complexes Rh(l-nqo), and Rh(2-nqo)3 were also obtained by the nitrosation of the respective naphthol in the presence of hydrated rhodium(II1) chloride. None of the trischelates showed any tendency to react with pyridine, triphenylphosphine or aqueous hydrochloric acid.

The drives of DC Motor will determine the position and the orientation of the mobile robot. To move the robot left and right, one of the motor will turn OFF and other will turn ON. 12V direct current is use to make the DC motor turn ON. Rotary encoder sensor is use to detect the grid, position and the orientation of the mobile robot. Every each position of the robot always be Updated by the microcontroller and the current position will display on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). Motor controller, sensor detecting and position calculation will be control by the Microcontroller. This project will use a 16F877A PIC as a microcontroller. This project will combine the electrical and the mechanical path.
