Adanya perubahan kondisi lingkungan eksternal perusahaan penyedia jasa konstruksi saat ini, harus disikapi dengan menerapkan strategi untuk tetap bertahan. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengalisis strategi membangun hubungan baik perusahaan jasa konstruksi terhadap pelanggannya untuk terus mendapatkan proyek konstruksi. The tight competition in the banking industry has forced management to be creative in serving cus... more The tight competition in the banking industry has forced management to be creative in serving customers. Research related to product quality and service excellence has been carried out, but the research is still done partially. This research combines product quality and service excellence by utilizing customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in the decision to save again. The study population was customers of deposit accounts. This study used purposive sampling, with a number of respondents as many as 125 people. The analysis technique used was structural equation modeling, the collected data was then processed using AMOS software. After analysis, all hypotheses submitted in this study were considered to be acceptable. The managerial implications of the research are that the service excellence provided by the bank must be a service that can truly be directly felt and provide benefits, so that it can satisfy customers.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh BBPLK Semarang, sedangkan jumlah responden 134 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah puprosive sampling. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 2. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa peran instruktur sangat berpengaruh dalam memotivasi peserta pelatihan yang sekaligus menjadi penentu dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pelatihan.

The proxy role of the account officer is the ability to analyze credit and supervision activities by considering customer development as a moderating variable. The method used is the MRA, SPSS 22. The data type is primary data obtained by questionnaire method on the variables of credit analysis, supervision, customer guidance and problem loans. The specific target of the research results is to analyze whether product quality and ATM strategy affect the attractiveness of the product and whether through the attraction of this product can be achieved the goal of increasing marketing. The method used is Regression technique using Smart PLs2. The type of data used is primary data obtained by using a questionnaire method on variable product quality, ATM strategy, product attractiveness and marketing performance. The respondents were 75 mufflers / mufflers in Banjarnegara. The results showed that product quality and ATM strategy had an effect on the attractiveness of the product. To improve marketing performance, intervening variables are used, namely the attractiveness of the product. And the results show that the attractiveness of the product can act as an intervening variable and can further improve marketing performance.

This study uses four variables, namely satisfaction, customer retention, internet banking service quality, and marketing performance. Descriptive analysis was carried out using index numbers, completion of inferential statistics was carried out with the help of Smart software PLS version 2.0. The four hypotheses used in this study were all accepted. To improve marketing performance, management must first be able to build good relationships with its customers. Relationships must be long-term oriented and mutually beneficial.
