objectives To evaluate the performance of domestic water purification units with respect to conta... more objectives To evaluate the performance of domestic water purification units with respect to contaminating enteric viruses. methods Eight domestic water purification systems widely used in India were evaluated using hepatitis E virus (HEV) as a model virus. For HEV concentration and detection, membrane filtration and realtime PCR were used respectively. Viral log reduction value (LRV) was calculated for each unit. results Viral log reduction value was 0.21 for unit 6 (polyester + carbon), 1.45 for unit 4 (filter + UV), 1.52 for unit 3 (filter + chlorine), 1.70 for a carbon + exhaust indication contact disinfection unit, 2.20 for an iodine resin unit, 2.51 for a dual filter unit and 6.53 for a hollow fibre membrane unit and a gravity-fed filter unit. Thus, only the technologies employed by the latter two were efficient in complete removal of HEV. conclusions The majority of the water purifiers under use are inadequate. Virological standards in evaluating such devices need to be established urgently, in order to help manufacturers to improve the performance of such products and most importantly, to help consumers.

Click based graphical password provides security from brute force and dictionary attacks and they are not predictive thus it's not easy to breach them and a sound signature is integrated along with which enhances the security as this sound signature also under goes the password verification, and once the graphical password along with the sound signature is verified the user is allowed to log into the system.

Cloud CRM (Customer Relationship Model) is a dynamic application that is developed with latest technologies in order to mark a remarking presence of CRM process. This is built as a web application for both the customer and clients. Cloud CRM has exceptional features like employee management system to manage employees in an organization, leads management system which is built for extensive leads generation, payroll management system for managing salaries, inventory management system, bulk SMS and bulk Email facilities for notifications and campaigning and Interactive Voice Response with virtual numbers facility for the organization. The entire project is deployed in cloud. The three major sections of this project is deployed as client interface, organization interface and mobile application. All these sections are connected to a central database in the cloud. The project is deployed in Windows Azure cloud and the cloud services makes this application dynamic. The most important features of doing so is dynamic allocation of network resources and pay per usage features makes the project more powerful. The Android mobile application is built for the clients that will be using the services of the real estate CRM.
