The method used is a research experiment with completely randomized design (CRD) two factors, namely the first factor : the type of substrate berlignoselulosa (waste rice straw (M1) and waste vegetable (M2)) and the second factor : time variation of incubation (without inoculum (control) (N1); 10 days (N2); 30 days (N3)).
