Congestion affects the continuous flow of data, loss of information, delay in the arrival of data to the destination and unwanted consumption of significant amount of the very limited amount of energy in the nodes. In wireless sensor networks (WSN), unbalanced load allocation results in congestion. Load balancing is of great importance in wireless sensor networks because of the limited resource constraint. Proposed method combines the idea of clustering and traffic allocation protocol to achieve load balancing and network life time. Analysis and simulation shows that the new approach can improve the network performance in terms of network life time, energy, load balancing, end-to-end delay, packet drop ratio. Notwithstanding care cause, this issue is up 'til now growing due to rider's poor practices, for instance, tank driving, speed driving, riding without sufficient rest, riding with no top protection, etc. The Event Data Recorder (EDR) or vehicle 'black box' is a standout amongst the most valuable instruments accessible to crash Reconstructionist. For vehicles outfitted with this innovation, and when the recorders fill in as planned, the EDR gives crash agents significant data that in numerous examples could not be gathered. In this paper, we present the issues related to accident detections and some existing systems for prevention of accidents.

Due to unbalanced task allocation in WSN results in overloading and under loading of nodes. By keeping in mind parameters such as topology, number of nodes, delay, data traffic, transmission, energy consumption and packet distribution, load balancing can be achieved and congestion can be avoided. The multipath routing and shortest path selection decision in network layer has an important impact on the performance of wireless sensor network. So, load balancing is of great important in WSN. This paper focus on selection strategies for managing load among n number of available nodes. The main objective of this paper is to analyze existing scheme for load balancing in WSN.

Load balancing is of great importance in wireless sensor networks because of the limited resource constraint. By keeping dynamic metrics such as network load, load balancing can be achieved and congestion can be avoided. The multipath routing decision in network layer has an important impact on the performance of WSN. The approach we take is to combine the ideas of clustering first and then traffic is evenly distributed in network. In clustering, each node takes part in cluster head formation. For load balancing in the network we improved the traffic splitting protocol (TSP). For the simulation purpose, dot net framework is used. This approach helps in enhancing the total energy consumption.
