Although infestation is not life-threatening, scabies is a nuisance disease that is commonly found in health care facilities and can result in crisis, fear, and panic [1,2]. Scabies outbreaks can be costly to control and may easily reoccur if not properly contained and treated. In our study the respondents were doctors, Nurses, and junior clinical technicians of both sexes. More than 90% said that they have heard about scabies only less than10 % said no. this is because that this is a neglected disease and very few people pay attention. Asking about sign and symptoms of scabies, 70% of HCWs know the sign and symptoms and 30% don't know. More than 60% know the cause of scabies while more than 35 % were not aware of it. This study is also supported by the study conducted in Karachi among general practitioners. In the current study the HCWs were asked the treatment protocol of scabies. More than 60% know the treatment protocol of scabies, while >30% not knows. they were also asked about personnel protective measures from scabies, more than 60% HCW knows the personnel protective measure from scabies while >30% not knows. They were also interviewed about the transmission prevention in hospital, <45% HCW knows that we can prevent the transmission of scabies in hospital while >50% not knows. This is also supported by the same ref.as mentioned above [21]. There is some contradiction that 70% GPs were aware of it that we can prevent the transmission in hospital, while my studies show less than 45% knows this is because the HCWs of my study area have not sufficient knowledge about scabies prevention and transmission The HCWs were asked that either the environment is responsible for the transmission of scabies. More than 90% thinks that personnel hygiene is important to prevent from this infection, while less than 10% not knows. More than 60% don't think that a patient with scabies can be a source of outbreak in this hospital, while less than 40%thinks that it may be. This is also evidence based. More than 80% says that they are following treatment protocol for scabies, while less than 20% are not following. In the light of current study, we propose better policy making and training for the awareness of HCWs and physicians. They can create awareness among masses to prevent this disease. CONCLUSIONS Poor sanitation, hygienic conditions, overcrowding and low socioeconomic conditions are the main factors contributing towards scabies. It can be prevented and managed by controlling these factos.

It is due to an excessive synthesis of the hormone androgens, people with PCOS frequently have numerous ovarian cysts [1]. According to literature between 33 and 83 percent of women with PCOS who are overweight or obese shows signs of acne, hirsutism, and male pattern baldness and if not managed high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases and endometrial cancer. Insulin levels in PCOS patients are frequently reported to be higher than usual. The pancreas is where hormone insulin is made [2]. It works with the body's cells in converting sugar (glucose) into energy. The sugar levels in blood may increase if your body doesn't create enough insulin [3]. This can also occur when you develop insulin resistance, which prevents you from adequately using the insulin that you do make [4]. The body may try to produce excessive amounts of insulin if you develop insulin resistance in an effort to maintain normal blood sugar levels. Your ovaries may start to create more androgens like testosterone if your insulin levels are too high [5]. The obese and overweight according to BMI can cause the insulin resistance [6]. Due to their insulin resistance, people with PCOS typically deal with this issue, which can keep reduced weight more challenging [7]. It could be more challenging to regulate insulin resistance and, as a result, weight reduction if you eat a diet high in re ned carbs, which including starchy and sugary meals [8]. Dietary modi cations in PCOs The use Carbohydrates: It is a primary source of energy that can be added to their which can reduce symptoms PCOS and balance their hormonal level. Give a low carbohydrate, high saturated fatty acid diet for at least 2 months to infertile and overweight women, their BMI drop, and ovulation process maintain and increase fertility [9-11]. The use of Protein: The protein is very like carbohydrates and fats so added in their diet as healthy protein sources and improve their insulin sensitivity and reduce their weight good source of protein whey protein that can be added to their diet and that can give 35 g of that supplements and after 7 days check their GLUT 4 response, that is an insulin-stimulated transporter and that was regulate glucose level and insulin level so whey protein helpful in alleviate PCOS symptoms [12]. The use of Fats and Oils: The diet related to saturated fats can cause dyslipidemia and then HDL level decreases and increase cholesterol and LDL level. Apo lipoprotein B increases because of insulin resistance and causes imbalance in androgens and corticosteroids hormones level and increase estrogen secretion. Healthy options of diet like monounsaturated fatty acids and poly unsaturated fatty acids like almonds and walnuts improve ovulation [13]. The use of Micronutrients: The utilization of vitamin D can be helpful in reproductive function and in insulin sensitivity. Inositol, folate, folic acid omega 6 fatty acid and omega 3 fatty acid added in their diet that can improve menstrual problems balance their hormonal level. The spread was pandemic with high mortality and morbidity rates [1]. The zoonotic viruses like small pox and monkey pox is included in orthopox genus of poxviridae family and is public health concern all around the world. The newly emerging zoonotic diseases have the potential to cause epidemics and have high mortality, have long been a threat to the security of global health [2, 3]. Prior to 2003, the rst human monkey pox case around the Africa was identi ed and the monkey pox was endemic to nations such as western and central African. There has been a lot of upheaval recently because to the monkey pox outbreak that has affected 18 non-African nations, totaling 103 sure diseases cases and about 106 cases who had a little suspicion or early signs related [4, 5]. The worldwide epidemic of this illness has shown no fatalities have been recorded yet. Following a warning from the World Health Organization regarding an increase in cases of monkey pox in non-endemic nations, the National Institute of Health (NIH) Pakistan's health authority, issued a warning to provincial and national health organizations advising them to intensify surveillance of the occurrence [3, 6]. Pakistan now is attempting to deal with the COVID-19 di culties in this dire political and economic scenario. Another health and economic catastrophe rose in the next days as a result of the brittle healthcare system, inability to prevent fatal illnesses, and lack of resources [7]. A sensitive people are more vulnerable to subsequent epidemic cycles because of the ecological void left by the rising number of people lacking poxvirus protection after the smallpox vaccination programme was discontinued. In light of these challenges, Pakistan must make proactive plans in advance to prevent any disastrous events. The smallpox vaccine has historically demonstrated cross-protective immunity against monkey pox; however, Pakistan stopped administering the smallpox vaccine after the WHO proclaimed the globe free of the disease in 1980. Given that there are presently no monkey pox diagnostic tests accessible in Pakistan, the likelihood of an epidemic is even more concerning [8]. As a result, urgent action is required to stop the spread of the monkey pox virus [9]. The monkey pox infection spreads slowly as compared to Covid and requires the isolation and immunization to health care professionals before and after the exposure. No stigma should be attached to the distribution of health advice. The medical and allied professionals in the clinical practice may interact with suspected or con rmed case of monkey pox and advised to practice a maintained distance and limitation in contact, including proper maintained handling of all equipment and other things like contaminated syringes, garbage, and clothing. The disinfection of the surfaces of equipment and surrounding should be performed [10]. Public health emergency and control teams should be constituted as soon as the existence of a disease in the nation is con rmed in order to oversee and coordinate the response. Surveillance should involve an active search rather than depending on medical personnel's passive disease reporting. Monkey pox case identi cation and increased surveillance are crucial tools for comprehending the dynamic epidemiology of this emerging disease [11, 12].

The recommendations developed by China suggest that the inhalation of hydrogen molecules is currently advised in COVID-19 pneumonia treatment. The therapeutic effects of molecular hydrogens have been confirmed after numerous clinical trials and animal-model-based experiments, which have expounded that the low molecular weight of hydrogen enables it to easily diffuse and permeate through the cell membranes to produce a variety of biological impacts. A wide range of both chronic and acute inflammatory diseases, which may include sepsis, pancreatitis, respiratory disorders, autoimmune diseases, ischemia-reperfusion damages, etc. may be treated and prevented by using it. H2 can primarily be inoculated through inhalation, by drinking water (which already contains H2), or by administrating the injection of saline H2 in the body. It may play a pivotal role as an antioxidant, in regulating the immune system, in anti-inflammato...
