In the NA-FPV model, the chemistry states are first computed based on the correction factor for enthalpy defects and then modified by substituting the species statistics in the maximum heat loss state with those of less heat release to compensate for the unphysical results. The numerical results of LES coupling this NA-FPV model have been compared with the experimental measurement data in terms of temperature and yields, and reasonable agreements have been achieved. According to the LES results, it is seen O2 only participates in the combustion process in the upper stream and the combustion process which mainly consumes H2 and CO is to provide the other reforming process with heat and steam. In the upper and middle streams, the main HCOG jet is wrapped by the swirling high-temperature combustion products, and the reforming process primarily takes place by consuming CH4, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and steam, while considerable H2, CO, and CO2 are produced. It is observed that accompanying the reforming process C2H2 is generated and it peaks in the middle stream, thus it is considered soot is formed in the complex reactions.

It can occur anytime during the disease course. Timely and appropriate management can lead to better results improving the patients condition. A 21-year-old female presented with fever for 1 month and progressive respiratory distress for 20 days. Laboratory tests revealed raised anti-nuclear antibody and anti-dsDNA along with low complement levels of C3 and C4. Her chest X-ray showed bilateral pleural effusion with diffuse reticulonodular opacities. Computed tomography thorax was done which was suggestive of areas of consolidation and alveolar nodular lesions in bilateral lung fields favoring diffuse alveolar hemorrhage. She was treated with intravenous pulse methylprednisolone, mycophenolate mofetil, and hydroxychloroquine and she improved. Lupus presenting with DAH as its initial manifestation is rare and has got worse prognosis with mortality approaching up to 50%. Therefore, the patient with diffuse alveolar hemorrhage should be evaluated for lupus as delay in initiation of therapy may lead to a rapid worsening of the patients condition.

This slow rate was due to protectionism policy followed by the government of India. The introduction of liberalization policy in 1991, many industries started flourishing including the automobile sector and the average growth rate of India jumped to high level ranging from 5 to 8%. At present India is sixth largest country in production of motorized vehicles with the turnover of 38.3 billion USD which is nearly 8% of India’s GDP. Employment wise, this sector employs 19 million people. The Automobile industry is the major contributor to the growth of the Indian economy but increase in the number of vehicles has also created enormous pressure on environment that resulted in air pollution. Air pollution causes many health problems like: respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. A quantitative analysis of the internal recirculation zone length and flame length under various operating conditions is studied by employing developed numerical models. The influence of char-CO2 and char-H2O gasification reactions on the species consumption and temperature profile is also studied through numerical modelling. The swirl strength considerably influences both the flow field and temperature profile inside the furnace. At higher swirl strength, radially dispersed shorter flames are obtained due to spreading of the secondary stream. Results showed that the flame shifted towards the burner at higher oxygen content due to rapid devolatilisation at higher flame temperature. The ignition of pulverised coal particles is enhanced at higher oxygen concentration due to increased stoichiometry near the burner. Oxy-35% O2 has 300 K higher flame temperature than oxy-21% O2. Endothermic gasification reactions significantly influence the temperature profile in the furnace. CO2-char gasification reaction has a more pronounced influence than the H2O-char gasification reaction. The consideration of gasification reactions has resulted in an approximately 5% reduction in peak temperature.

For the numerical simulation of turbulent flow of an incompressible liquid, we used the approach of Reynoldsaveraged Navier-Stokes equations (RANS) taking into account the interfacial interactions. To solve the equation of thermal radiation transfer, the P1 approximation of spherical harmonics method was employed. The optical properties of gases were described based on the sum of gray gases model. To describe the motion of coal particles we used the method of Lagrange multipliers. The combustion process of coal-water fuel is considered in terms of the following consecutive steps: evaporation of the water part of the droplet, evaporation of moisture from the fuel, devolatilization and the combustion of the volatile components, and the combustion of the coke residue. Comparative analysis has shown that the selection of the operating conditions of the boiler has a significant influence on the oxygen concentration in combustion chamber and the temperature of the flue gases. This leads to significant differences in the formation of nitrogen oxides during the combustion of coal-water fuel.
