The development of the financial industry, particularly informal Islamic finance, began before th... more The development of the financial industry, particularly informal Islamic finance, began before the issuance of a formal legal framework as a basis for sharia banking operations in Indonesia. With this development, Islamic financial products also continue to grow, but there are some cases of Islamic financial products that are not in accordance with the SOP and the fatwa regulations of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), whereas in Indonesia it must go through the DSN MUI approval. Based on the above background, the formulation of the problem and the purpose of this writing is to discuss how the urgency of principles in developing Islamic economics. In developing law in Islamic finance there are principles that guide its development, namely the basic principles of Islamic economics and the principle of Derivatives. The basic principles of Islamic economics are Tawheed (oneness of God), 'Adl (justice), Nubuwwah (Prophethood), Khilafah (government), and Ma'ad (yield). As for the principle of Derivatives namely, Multitype Ownership (multi-type ownership), Freedom to act (Freedom of action or effort), and Social Justice (Social Justice).

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of Qard and Wakalah bil Ujrah finan... more The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of Qard and Wakalah bil Ujrah financing contract for Sharia Lending Platform reviewed based on regulation of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI). The method of approach used in this research is a method of empirical approach that is legal research on the enforcement or implementation of normative provisions in action at any particular legal event occurring in the community. The results showed that the information system with Sharia invoice financing used by sharia Investree Platform is according to review based on regulation of OJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016 in chapter IV of article 19 of the financing agreement on lending services based on information technology with Lenders.
